호텔 직원분들은 매우 친절하셨고 프론트는 24시간 운영되어 여행하는데 특별한 어려움은 없었습니다. 침실은 깨끗했고 이용하는데 불편함은 없었습니다. 만족합니다.

Room was nice. Facility average.

We enjoyed the 2 bedroom suite, they are spacious with individual bathrooms and 3 TV, full kitchen. Breakfast was very good.

The staff was amazing and the accommodation was perfect for my family. The rate was very reasonable.

This property is very dated and somewhat in disrepair. The room we stayed in had a door that was rubbing on the frame and hard to open and close. The light in the bathroom would go from light to dim on its own and the vent fan would not stay on. There were lots of cob webs between the window and screen. Additionally there was mold in the caulking around the tub and shower. The staff was indifferent about it and the general manager shrugged it off saying they are working on updating. I saw no evidence of any work being done. Some care and attention by the cleaning staff is much needed. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. I would not stay here again.

Check in was smooth and easy and our room was wonderful, clean, spacious, and the beds are very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was amazing. We were disappointed at the unexpected missing hot tub as there was one in the picture, however the pool was warmer. It was very quiet. We did not hear anyone else while we stayed.

False advertising. No hot tub. Fireplace in room couldn’t be used. Exercise room had all broken equipment. Windows in room are drafty.

Disappointed that the hot tub was removed. The staff was not very friendly. The breakfast was not good. The eggs rubbery and sausage was rubbery as well. Last year it was very good and tasted fresh. This year it felt like no one really cared.

The room smelling so bad of cigarettes covered up by an almost equally as bad smell of “perfume”, made it almost impossible to sleep. The pull-out couch was not comfortable even for a kid. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

WARNING...After hundreds of hotel nights, I had never experienced theft of my belongings until the Residence Inn Appleton. Management was unsympathetic and unapologetic, with the only solution being..."we could have helped you scour the room in search of it." Hello! The item was stolen by someone who had access to my room!

February 17, 2024. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! NO POOL NO HOT TUB didn't find out until we were checked in. 1st room had a TV that only faced the bed room. 2nd room sounded like you were in a wind tunnel, fridge sounded like it was reving up to take off, there a dog across the hall that has been barking for the last 2 hours. The TV in this room is so dark and of course you can't adjust the brightness. February 18th, wake up call at 6:56 from the 2 barking dogs across the hall, again they barked until 8:38. The dispensers in the tub for body wash, shampoo and conditioner are empty. Turned on the tub and the water.was brown, let it run for 5 minutes. At.7:30 there was nothing left a the breakfast they offer. All I can.say is what a joke of a hotel, thank goodness it is only for 1 night. I also have travel insurance and will be filing a claim for inconvenience when I get home. This is no joke DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to get disappointed.

Stayed one night and room was nice, but faucet ran all the time and so did the toilet. Room had all the amenities, but for $200 i thought that maintenance would be kept up a little more.
