The rooms were clean. The staff were awesome. They even had it posted that the building is going through renovations and to excuse some of the areas otherwise it was a nice day.

So convenient and close to everywhere

The shower control was damaged and didnt work properly. Caulking and grout needs to be redone. Showing signs of mold and mildew.

This was my first time Brining a dog. The staff at the front desk were so helpful. They helped me clean up a mess and gave our puppy treats. Very welcoming for families with a dog

Dirty bathroom floor. Cleanliness in elevator and hallways was lacking. Good breakfast. Super clean and helpful in the breakfast room.

When I checked in to my room for a three day stay, there was still food in the fridge from previous guests, I assume. The housekeeper didn’t clean my room on the second day, when I phoned the front desk to ask why, they asked if I had the “do not disturb” sign on the door, my response was no, I don’t have one of those signs for the door. I was in town for business, and the room did not have a desk for me to work from. Apparently this is common in a pet friendly room. Please do better prestige, perhaps live up the name of your hotel.

Prestige is a great regional hotel chain. They always provided excellent service, quality rooms, and great locations. I had a nice view of the ocean. Thanks Prestige!

The ocean view was not great but ok. They fid not change the cups when asked and when asked for clean towel tgey did not leave any large towels

Soooooo noisy!!! I could hear the T.V in the next room all night and someone throwing up in the bathroom! Walls are very thin so if you are a light sleeper don’t stay here. Otherwise it was ok

Clean room, friendly staff. Would have been good to have towels, cloths etc available for cleaning dishes. Housekeeping should make the bed while doing daily cleaning. Nice, spacious, quiet room.
