Although it was rated as a 4-star hotel, I personally don’t think the interior finishing was at that level—especially in the bathroom and the area with the sofa bed. The room itself was quite spacious, but not in a particularly practical or useful way, so it didn’t really feel functional.
For me, the condition and comfort of the bed are very important when staying at a hotel. I’m also not a fan of the setup where a room for four people has one main bed and a sofa bed.
That said, the location was excellent, and the lobby was very spacious, comfortable, and pleasant—much nicer than the room itself. The main room and the main bed were good, and the sofa bed wasn’t in bad condition either.
Considering that it was during the late February school holiday season, the price may have been reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. However, I still felt it was too expensive for the level of satisfaction I experienced at this hotel.
