El hotel en general es bueno, en la noche huele mucho a marihuana, no realizaron la limpieza en la habitación durante nuestra estadía. El desayuno muy bueno.

The hallways, elevator, lobby were not clean. The room itself appeared to not have been vacuumed. The furnishings in the room are old and damaged. The entire property needs to be refurbished and maintained better.

Everything was ok until all lights go off, and bunch of babies roaches came out all over the nightstand

This property is literally walking distance from Broward Mall where there is shopping and transport availability. There is also a national chain car rental company in the Mall if you need more transportation options. It is a relatively quick drive from the Fort Lauderdale International airport via the 595 highway which is just a few minutes away. The staff was courteous and the breakfast options are very good. More than I expected. I have been staying here over the years and have never been disappointed.

The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, but unfortunately, the stay quickly declined from there. Last night, one of the rooms on our floor turned into what felt like a full-blown party. At midnight, we decided not to complain, hoping it would quiet down. By 3 a.m., the music and screaming were out of control, so we called the front desk. We couldn’t provide the exact room number while trying to sleep, but we explained it was loud enough that anyone coming up to the 4th floor would immediately hear it. We were told it would be investigated. Clearly, it wasn’t, because when we left at 6:30 a.m. to head to the hospital (the main reason for our visit), the music was still blasting. As we walked out, we saw that the noise was coming from Room 404, door propped wide open. Aside from the lack of any meaningful response to the noise complaint, our room itself was disappointing. The floors were dirty and hadn’t been mopped, and both the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were completely empty. After our stay, I shared this feedback with the property. In response, I received what seemed to be an auto-reply or template email outlining instructions for how to ship packages to the hotel—completely unrelated to my concerns. I replied back, clarifying my confusion and asking for an actual response about the issues I raised, but never heard anything further. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, especially given that we were there for medical reasons and needed rest.

Everything was fine, except when i asked for a wakeup call on my last day, but did not receive one. Its a good thing i set my phone alarm otherwise i would have missed my flight back home

Bonito hotel

Convenient location.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel itself needs some major renovations. Many parts of the hotel has chipped furniture. The door to get into the hotel gets stuck so badly that I thought I was locked out until someone came up and said you have to “really manhandle it” to get it to open. The hair dryer didn’t work and the outlet made a scary sound when trying to use it. The room had built up dust on the baseboards and the sheets had stains. Someone kept propping the fire door open which made me feel very unsafe as anyone could have gotten into the stairwell.

Room furniture need change black chair peeling in center where you sit down, chair by the window arm is rip chair need to be replace this is room 216 stay was good

I didn’t like the fact that they had some young people that was checking us in and I was kind of slow and then I had an extra hundred dollars deposit for each room and when I got to the room, the bedsheets was damp and moist. It was uncomfortable shower curtains was black
