유럽 안에 여행했던 나라, 리조트 중에 가장 만족한 올인크루시브였습니다. 음식도 맛있고 질도 좋고 서비스도 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 체크인할때 풀페이안하고 호텔에서 계산하는 경우 반드시 현찰을 가지고 가시기 바랍니다. 다른곳에서는 문제없이 썼던 카드가 체크인 할때만 되지않아 30분넘게 씨름하다가 가지고 있는 현금 다 털어서 냈습니다. 이후 다시 현금 뽑느라 서비스비만 많이 냈습니다.

Perfect Food, even for the foreingers who lived for 3 years in Athens. All inclusive option include minibard and all drinks in the beach side bar and pool side bar. We arrivea at 1 pm, no room but we started with lunch. I left my daughters's passport in the hotel and I didn't notice it. Very kindly they sent it with Courier without any charge of delivery.. Really thankful..

This was one of the best hotel I have stayed in my life. At first I thought the price was little expensive for my budget. But everything was included in the charge...for example, all the meals, swimming pool, even the drinks in the fridge. During the stay in the hotel, I didn't have any chance to stay even one cent. There are 5 restaurants to choose from and all I have been to 4 of them and all of them were excellent. I really loved Greek food. I was there for the conference, so I didn't have much time to enjoy myself in the swimming pool. During the 5 days of stay, I have been to the pool only once. The beach is right next to the pool where hotel guests can use. And there are many programs we can do along the pool and the beach. I participated in Zoomba class and it was really fun! If I have chance to go to Crete island again, I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

We choose the hotel because of its location to the sea. The hotel itself is a small village. The restaurants were great and delicious. The drinks at the bar great. Every night were some entertainings. We loved the day activities, especially the watergym where we went twice a day. We havent set a foot outside the hotel which means how great the hotel was. The sea was a bit wavy but there were lots of sunbeds and around the pools as well. Would totally recommend.

Gastfreundschaft wie sie sein sollte! Weitläufige Anlage mit vielen Restaurants und Pools. Hat für jede Reisekategorie etwas (Familien, Erwachsenenbereich) essen super lecker. Perfekte All Inclusive Anlage

We liked most things but since we stayed there before, two years ago, the hotel has introduced Adult deluxe rooms and areas and facilities that were not available to all which we did not know about beforehand and, indeed, we did not really approve of.

Unser Zimmer war sehr dreckig

Riesige Hotel Anlage, viele Menschen dennoch bei der Adult only area entspannt ruhig. Das was Gestört hat war, das die Leute teilweise um 6 Uhr morgens ihre Handtücher auf die liegen getan haben, obwohl Schilder dran hängen das es nicht erlaubt sei und keinen interessiert es. Das Essen war mittelmäßig bis gut. Die Zimmer in unserem Flur hatten alle 2 Einzelbetten die zusammengeschoben waren, was in der Früh extrem laut war, wenn der Zimmerservice die Zimmer sauber gemacht hat, weil der Boden aus Fliesen besteht was nicht optimal dafür ist. Buffet war mittelmäßig, nicht wirklich viel Abwechslung aber dafür waren die a la cart Restaurants sehr gut. Der Strand war super und die Hotellage ebenfalls. Preis Leistung war würde ich sagen trotzdem gut.

The resort and staff were wonderful. All do the restaurants on site were amazing.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der hervorragende Service! Alle Mitarbeiter/innen waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! Die Anlage ist sehr schön und weitläufig und alles ist sehr sauber! Auch die Essensauswahl ist fantastisch. Wir werden bestimmt eines Tages wiederkommen!!!

Das Zimmer ist sehr alt. Das Essen meistens super. Personal freundlich. Ich würde es als gutes 4 Stern Hotel bezeichnen. Wenn man eine Liege am Pool möchte, muss man um etwa 7 Uhr aufstehen, und braucht auch dann noch glück. Die Liegen werden immer besetzt, den Mitarbeitern ist es egal.

The resort is fabulous, everything within easy reach, an app to book restaurants and plenty of pools and dining options. The spa is also excellent offering lots of treatments. An absolutely amazing resort with everything you could possibly want

Da die Anlage riesig ist und wir nur im Adulth Only Bereich waren kann ich nicht sagen wie es woanders ist der ist super gelegen,sehr gepflegte Anlage,wir würden wieder kommen
