전체 평가 및 리뷰 Creta Maris Resort - All Inclusive

유럽 안에 여행했던 나라, 리조트 중에 가장 만족한 올인크루시브였습니다. 음식도 맛있고 질도 좋고 서비스도 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 체크인할때 풀페이안하고 호텔에서 계산하는 경우 반드시 현찰을 가지고 가시기 바랍니다. 다른곳에서는 문제없이 썼던 카드가 체크인 할때만 되지않아 30분넘게 씨름하다가 가지고 있는 현금 다 털어서 냈습니다. 이후 다시 현금 뽑느라 서비스비만 많이 냈습니다.

Perfect Food, even for the foreingers who lived for 3 years in Athens. All inclusive option include minibard and all drinks in the beach side bar and pool side bar. We arrivea at 1 pm, no room but we started with lunch. I left my daughters's passport in the hotel and I didn't notice it. Very kindly they sent it with Courier without any charge of delivery.. Really thankful..

This was one of the best hotel I have stayed in my life. At first I thought the price was little expensive for my budget. But everything was included in the charge...for example, all the meals, swimming pool, even the drinks in the fridge. During the stay in the hotel, I didn't have any chance to stay even one cent. There are 5 restaurants to choose from and all I have been to 4 of them and all of them were excellent. I really loved Greek food. I was there for the conference, so I didn't have much time to enjoy myself in the swimming pool. During the 5 days of stay, I have been to the pool only once. The beach is right next to the pool where hotel guests can use. And there are many programs we can do along the pool and the beach. I participated in Zoomba class and it was really fun! If I have chance to go to Crete island again, I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

Food quality very very bad. During our stay it was noisy from changes being made to the room next to ours. We got one of the conceirge telling us to walk to the reception when the buggy was empty and we had a 10months old baby and a toddler. He said its only a 3mins walk. The spa lady kept forcing my wife to take one of her advisory option and told her without paying the appointment cannot be booked but the following day rang our room to tell her she is late for her appointment. The photography team on day 1 and 2 again kept on the sales pitch even though we told them not interested.

Creta Maris is an amazing hotel with great and friendly staff.

Hi, unfortunately, there were a few points that affected our stay, and I would like to address them. Shortly after our arrival, we noticed that some restaurants and food stations – such as the döner and smoothie stands – were closed during our stay. This occurred without prior notice, neither in the hotel app nor through your staff. An early announcement of limited service times would have helped us better plan our meals and refreshments. In addition, I got attacked by a huge dog in the late afternoon obviously without any owner - was very surprised that this could happen in a 5* hotel and that there was at 5 in the afternoon no guard or so from the hotel watching the beach. Overall I‘m therefore disappointed especially that so many of the hotel‘s offers, including in our last few days all (!!!) beach bars were closed. What comes on top is the fact that the liquids they they had in original Aperol and Campari bottles were definitely no original Campari or Aperols, but cheap copies ! This is clearly fraud in the EU and I thing of providing this information to Campari SPA, as I‘m closely related to the company that owns also the Aperol brand …. I‘m curious on what you think about this and if we get back of our price, which I think is applicable. Robert

Sehr sauber, sehr freundlich, sehr sehr leckeres Essen, sauberer Strand - es hat alles gepasst, bis auf die Softdrinks wie Fanta oder Cola, Mineralwasser etc die man im Restaurant oder an der Bar bekommt diese sind leider nicht trinkbar. Das Wasser schmeckt nach Chlor, das Cola ist sehr sehr süß obwohl steht das es Pepsi ist, schmeckt es nicht nach Pepsi, und Fanta auch nicht. Auf die Frage ob es denn nicht Mineralwasser aus einer flasche gibt haben wir vergebens nirgendswo was erhalten außer in der Minibar, dort hatten wir endlich Mineralwasser das normal geschmeckt hat. Die Klimaanlagen draussen machen schon viel lautes Geräuscht in der Nacht, wir hatten zum Glück in einem ruhigen Bungalow ein Zimmer (davor ein lautes Zimmer gehabt und haben dann ein ruhiges Bungalow erhalten - das war ein TOP Service und auch rasch gelöst!) Ein weiterer Punkt der Verbesserungswürdig wäre mehr Adults Only Plätze zu machen am Strand und im Restaurant (einen kleinen Teil) damit Menschen ohne Kinder auch ihre Ruhe und den Urlaub genießen können. Wir haben ihn auch so genossen, aber ab und zu haben wir uns schon gewünscht das sich lieber die Familie mit dem schreienden Kind neben uns doch woanders hingesetzt hätte und am Strand haben wir geschaut wo eher weniger Menschen mit Kleinkindern sind. Eine Bar für Adults Only gibt es schon und die ist wunderbar. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen und würde wieder kommen, mit den oben erwähnten Punkten ist dsa Hotel auch nur für Erwachsene ein Traumziel.

If you like all inclusive hotels, eating the same place every day, screaming kids and drinking very weak beer, then this is the place for you. The place is nice.. good amenities and very clean.

Very nice hotel, very big, lots of options to sit and chill out. The best gym I have ever seen in the hotel. Very nice staff. Everything was very good. Just entertainment was little bit low quality. Thank you anyway

das hotel ist sehr schön und das essen war auch lecker. leider hatte mein partner aber von irgendeinem essen eine lebensmittelvergiftung, also ist die hygiene hier nicht ganz so gut. es ist auch sehr schade, dass an den poolbars nur leitungswasser eingeschenkt wird und man für flaschenwasser trotz all in extra zahlrn muss. das leitungswasser auf kreta ist ungenießbar. auch die softdrinks werden an den poolbars mit sirup und leitungswasser gemacht. dann bietet lieber garkein leitungswasser an und schaut ob es evtl andere alternativen gibt. Ansonsten alles sauber auf der anlage. unser zimmer war aber leider nicht ganz so schön und die dusche leider dreckig (vor allem der duschkopf total verkalkt und spritzte in alle richtungen) auch fremde haare klebten am duschkopf. ich würde sagen eher ein 4 sterne hotel. wiederkommen würden wir wahrscheinlich nicht.
