good place to stay

The hotel was able to accommodate 12 people in one family via two rooms!

We needed another blanket, and the front desk hung up on us. Had to go downstairs and get one ourselves. Beds were horrible and uncomfortable. One even leaned so you rolled towards the edge.

Average.

People smoking pot across the hall. The place was in a good location. The carpets and stairwells could use an upgrade.

The room smelled like a very strong odor of wet dog, or rotten wet rugs. Very hard to sleep in those conditions. Eyes itching and my daughter developed allergy being in there. Staff was excellent though.

Very dirty and ran down

The bedspread and comforter was dirty. They put plugin air fresheners that made the room smell very strong of a coconut floral. It was really bad. I would not recommend this place

Easy checkin, rooms dark, carpet in hallways and room dirty, needs remodeling, pool and hot tub nice, good breakfast, close to everything, get what you pay for, good for overnight but would not stay longer

Room needed updated

I had stayed at the Quality Inn and Suites and at first it was great, My boyfriend and I had a blast. We were placed into the rooms in the building next to the main office I think it waS Building B? Anyways the door my boyfriend and I left to go get dinner and before we left we had checked if the door was locking it wasn’t. So we had notified staff nearby a Housekeeper she said we’d probably get placed into a different room so we grabbed our stuff and went to the desk and let someone know she started talking like they knew the door was broken and the maintenance told them they were fishing. We were now placed into the main building, we had a one night stay and it was morning before checking out we decided to take a nap after grabbing breakfast the house keeping opens our hotel room and wakes us up 20 minutes before we have to check out, and proceeds to tell us the check out times are at 11AM and we need to get a move on. I was in my PJs shorts and my sports bra & my boyfriend was in his boxers, we were so shocked and spooked all we could get out was sorry we are leaving. We left to check out but no one was up front to talk to them about this, it honestly was a big inconvenience.

The place is quiet, easy to find, and convenient to shopping and places to eat.

Bed was terrible

Key cards barely worked. Half the time couldn’t get into the building. Then you get to your room and the door locks are barely hanging on to the door. The towels had dirty black/brown/red stains. Not clean at all. Front desk lady seemed annoyed to help with anything at all.

It was fine and quiet but my rooms carpets were stained, towels were stained, burn holes in the sheets and ants in my room. The hotel was okay other than that just needs some tlc

It was convenient for the activities that we did. It was close to good shopping and food options

Three old guys traveling together booked a room with 2 beds upon check in we were offered a room with 3 beds. So nice to not have share a bed with my brother

Carpet in hallways was dirty. 2 or 3 rooms near me had guests smoking in the rooms and the strong smell spilled over to the hallway. Carpet in my room had large stains and was dirty. Water pressure in my shower was minimal. Room was very outdated, and bed was very low to the ground. Jets in the hot tub did not work.

Great place.

Staff was very rude! It was quiet. Mold in bathroom. Comfy beds.
