Found a cockroach the first step we got in . We are very disappointed , the pool was so dirty that it was green . The phone doesn't work , the AC smells like ciggars . Tv doesn't work , weird stains everywhere . Please do better !😡

The place is far to downtown, every time when i took uber i pay $25 without traffic it's too much. Totally recommend stay in the downtown.

It was an inexpensive hotel, so I got what I paid for.

When we first got there everything seemed to be okay, the front desk attendant was able to give us a smoking room but we lost the king size bed as requested. When we got to the room the sheets were dirty and it was ashes everywhere. No staff came offer house keeping, change the trash or give extra towels for our 2 night stay. When we finally saw the lady on the day of checkout before 11 to ask for towels. we were told no at first but when we mentioned we never got any more to use our entire stay, then she gave us 1 towel to share. I was very disappointed in this stay and I will never come back again. honestly I want my money back

Decent breakfast options, quick to get into downtown New Orleans by car, or can take a bus. We did see one roach the first night and there were some stains on the bedsheet and bed spread.

It was a place to stay and it wasn’t just downright awful but there were so minuses. No wifi was working, used contacts on the bathroom floor, dirty shower, things like that. It had a bed though so that’s all I really needed.

It was fairly clean, but old and worn. The staff was limited. You usually had to wait until someone came to the desk. It seemed that every staff was multi-tasking

We reserved 2 room one handicap and one regular room let me tell you the handicap was terrible my elderly parents almost fell in the tub the handle was loose inside the bathtub the handle where you put the towels fell for no reason. The other room under the bed was a lot of trash the towels where very dirty with a foot mark with grease the towels to dry yourself was filled with other people’s hair the bed was filled with pubic hair it was so disgusting. Terrible stay would not recommend it at all.

Nice and safe area, rooms were not touched the 3 nights we stayed there. It was about 11 miles from the french quarter.
