Hotel location was awesome! only 3 minutes on foot from Santa Lucia Train station, room was spacious & breakfast was great. Love the attentiveness of the staff.

정말 좋은 호텔이었고 기대 이상이었어요! 서비스도 훌륭했고, 프런트에 계신 마테오 씨는 정말 최고였어요. 기차역에서 걸어서 5분 거리에 있고, 근처에 레스토랑과 상점도 많아요. 엘리베이터는 없지만 체크인과 체크아웃 시 짐 옮기는 걸 도와주셨어요. 여행 중 최고의 숙박 경험이었어요.

Short walk from santa Lucia train station, no need to walk through the bridges and the canals. Just 3-5 minutes walk from the station, isn't it perfect! Located in the alley but many restaurants nearby. When your tired of Italian food, I'll recommend you kome- the Japanese restaurant in front of the hotel. Super good! The hotelitself doesn't have elevator, so yah you need to work out with your luggage. We stayed on 3rd floor at the time and got the big room with the bath tub. Very clean and very nice and comfortable. Reception and check in check out process was fast. No complaint. Receptionist was also funny and nice. Internet connection and TV was good. They have multiple international TV channel. To go to San Marco, you'll need to walk around 30 minutes or you can take the water taxi. personally, I love the city so even though I need to walk for a while, it's very enjoyable. If you want to go to Murano Burano you can also take ferry, 10 minutes walk from the hotel. It also has couple of supermarkets nearby, so pretty convenient to buy drinks, snacks, or prosciutto and salami. breakfast on the other hand, it was not satisfactory. so probably best to book without breakfast and get breakfast somewhere else. overall: still recommended though!

Good location near train station good breakfast. However no elevator and the room I booked is the triple room in the atic which added extra stair to the bed. Not for elder and smaller children. The bathroom fancy but no doors . Lack of table hard to puts our little things on like our stuff make up grooming stuff and so on
