전체 평가 및 리뷰 Courtyard® by Marriott® Baton Rouge South

실내수영장이 있어 12월에도 물놀이를 즐길 수 있었고 객실내 전자렌지가 없었고 조식은 부페가 아니라 과일 1개, 빵 1조각, 음료1잔 만 주네요 ㅠ 리필 불가능하고 조식은 신청하지 않는게 좋을 것 같네요

I book 2 QUEEN beds over a week ago for my son world series. We got there not to early was told check in was at 4 Hotels.com website said 3.We left to got dinner back by the time we came back there was NO MORE ROOM WITH 2 QUEEN beds. I was told if you booked through a third party. Your room is not reserved. Our reservation was for Wednesday night through Monday. On Thursday we was out at the ballpark all day. When we got back to the hotel went to the front desk and asked for some towels so we can take a shower The front desk person said we have no more towels.. No towels to take a shower and no towels for the pool. The room that they finally put us in was dirty. The bathroom door did not shut all the way. We booked this hotel because it was the Marriott.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, the area of town was safe and convenient to everywhere we needed and wanted to go. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the hotel was full with other players and families. The hotel was not equipped with enough towels and often ran out. I wish the hotel had another pool to fit all the guests, I wish the hotel bistro had additional food options as they were limited and soft drinks were often very limited.

Room was disgusting

The front desk staff were all awesome! We had like 4 different ladies working and they were all very friendly and helpful if we had questions. The only issue we had was getting towels but did get them from the front desk because we really didn’t have house keeping go by but 1 time out of our 4 night stay.

Loved the cleanliness and the service was pleasant.

I thought the room was very good at a reasonable price. I would stay there again if in the area.

EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL!!! THE ROOM WAS SO COMFORTING AND CLEANED AND THE BED FEELS LIKE U SLEEPING ON CLOUDS LOL!! I WILL BE RETURNING ♥️

Door mechanism always had an issue, channels on the tv for internet tv weren’t available. And had to hold down the handle on the toliet to flush it all the way, shower wasn’t clean had to scrub before using. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. The ac didn’t feel like it was cooling the room off. And maintenance personnel seemed to have no clue!

Very old , almost dilapidated ceilings, pool not maintained, drainage like stinking water in the room.. horrible experience!

Very poor lighting in room. Nowhere to place toiletries in bathroom. This appeared to be a”handicapped “ room , which would inconvenience a handicapped person more. Air conditioner also needs attention. Cleanliness was good.

No complimentary coffee or breakfast! The elevator stop working so we had to take the stairs! Our balcony door was very hard to open which is a safety issue! Then we were told to reuse towels! In a 5- star hotel and you have to reuse towels! It was horrible and we will never stay there again

We stayed at this hotel a year ago, it was great. This time I noticed it was not very clean, the carpets need cleaning along with the sofas. Our sliding balcony window was not clear, not sure what happened to it, but you could hardly see out of it. The people working at the hotel, couldn't be any nicer, they're doing a great job.

A little hard to get to w traffic flow, but close to our event. Very clean room, bed was bearable but not great.
