먼저 호텔에 들어서저마자 많은 스탭들이 웃으며 환영해줍니다. 심지어 한국어로 인사해주십니다! 로비는 아담하지만 조식 레스토랑은 적절한 크기이며 객실은 널찍합니다! 아늑하고 청결하며 특히 객실 번호가 어두울 때 조명으로 표시되어 색다른 분위기를 자아냅니다! 조식이 특히 좋았어요, 각종 빵과 소세지, 연어, 과일 등 모든 것이 다 맛있습니다^^ 위치도 좋아서 시내 관광에 최고입니다!

위치도 좋고, 친절하고 어매니티나 시설도 좋습니다. 바도 있고 인프라도 좋아서 모든게 만족 스러운 호텔입니다.

완벽한 숙소였어요!! 뷰도 좋고 거실도 있는 최고의 숙소~ 발렛이 있어서 도심에 편하고 안전하게 주차할수있었습니다. 주니어 스위트는 두종류 건물에 각각있는데 부른 구건물이 더 좋고 시설은 신건물이 좋은데 저희는 구건물 선택했어요

The hotel was beautiful with the surrounding scenery and the staff was kind. The room was cozy and relatively spacious. It was a pity that the traffic was inconvenient.

딱 한가지 빼고 위치, 청결, 직원 친절도 모두 좋았습니다. 샤워실이 따로 없고 욕조만 있고, 샤워 커튼이 설치되어 있지 않아 물이 바닥으로 넘치는 불편함이 있습니다.

무엇보다 위치가 완벽함! 다락방 느낌의 주니어스위트룸도 포근한 느낌. 창 밖 풍경은 쁘티프랑스 메인 풍경이라 호텔 밖으로 나가지 않아도 좋음. 호텔 바로 앞에 어린이 놀이터가 있어서 아이도 즐거워 했음.

시설 굉장히 좋고 위치/경치가 최고에요ㅎㅎ 관광객들이 기념사진찍는 장소 딱 가운데가 여기 호텔이에요~ 가족끼리 스파 사우나 즐겼는데 풍경이 근사했었습니다. 방 시설이 쏘쏘라는 후기 보고 좀 걱정했는데 실제로 5성급답게 리모델링? 된 느낌이었어요 완전최신식 깨끗! 조식도 알차고 풍경보며 먹으면 괜찮으니 웬만하면 추가해서 드세요~ 아 그리고 3명숙박이라 쇼파베드일줄 알았는데 푹신한 엑스트라베드 추가해줬더라고요ㅎㅎ 만족했습니다

Staying at this hotel was pretty pleasant except one, the show head was not fixed very well so whenever we showered, it went to another direction and made bathroom floor all flooded, so we had to clean bathroom floor ourselves, it happened all the time when we had shower.

This beautiful, clean and well located hotel is a wonderful opportunity for visiting Strasbourg. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Fantastic views! Close to shopping and restaurants. We ate at the hotel restaurant, and it was an amazing experience. Best meal of the trip!

Lovely, high end hotel right in the very heart of the old city. You will love the location, which makes for a very memorable trip. The room was remarkably quiet, cool, excellent sleeping. Slight sound of rushing water from the river was very pleasant. The spa was lovely, especially the hot tub overlooking the river. Less than 15 minute easy walk to the train station.

Great hotel and location. As soon as we arrived, the staff were very kind and welcomed us. The room was spotless and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect. In the heart of La Petite, France, you will find many good restaurants and cafés. If you are driving, I recommend getting the parking permit from the hotel; it's very convenient. We will come back for sure. Thank you to the staff for such fantastic service.

Perfectly located in Strasbourg’s Petite France, and the room was so comfortable!

Great hotel, great location, wonderful staff, but, but very busy area and the room was not soundproof as noticed. We could hear everything from the outside room nearby. Other than that, everything was great!
