I like the beds and pillows I didn’t like that the bedroom didn’t work and the elevator didn’t work the hot tub didn’t work either

Close to Mystic. U Conn. Place was ok. Staff wA great. But the hot tub wasn't working and that was part of the reason we chose it. Aside from that everything was great

For the price, this place was ok for just one night. Shower curtain had a really bad odor. Not really sure if it was mildew. It was quiet most of the night and was able to sleep fine. It was just my daughter and I, and she does not want to stay here again.

On arrival, I was overwhelmed by the perfume in the lobby. Arrived in the room, stained, hard mattress. Broken tub insert. It looked like someone put a foot through the shower wall, shower curtain broken. Painted over walls without repairs. Elevator broken. Breakfast inedible, no knives, limited microwaved offerings and waffle maker stuck to waffles. Juice so watered down, it was basically orange colored water.

The whole building smelled like formaldehyde. Hair in the shower. $250 for one night? Looks like they should charge by the hour. I'd like to trust the Wyndham name, but if this is what you're putting your name on... yikes.

It’s in sink, holes in places it shouldn’t be, cigarette smoke lingering around

We cecked in and the man who checked us in was polite and pleasant. The room was clean, but the sheets were untucked all around both beds. We had to tuck the bottom sheet in and when we did, we found a crack pipe between the mattresses and a residue stain on the sheet. We wrapped the crack pipe in a hand towel and brought it to the front desk. No one came to replace the sheet. When I asked for a few more towels on our second day there, the housekeeper was rude. The boys enjoyed the pool and the buffet was minium, eggs cold but the rest of the food was good. The staff at the front desk were very nice.

Our stay was good other then outside door kept us awake most of night with people coming in and out . I would never want to be placed by outside door again

The room was fine-but a bit dated, The bathroom and common spaces of the hotel seem old and don’t make a great first impression. Beds were comfortable and clean overall.

Roaches in our bed, the place smelled terrible

Needed a place tp crash close to Mohegan sun. 15 min drive was totally fine. Adaquate for 1 night but wouldn't stay here for multiple days.

The hotel was very outdated and the rooms were very old the vanity was in the room never saw that

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was reasonably appointed and clean. Rest of hotel is long in the tooth. Breakfast was in the basement and consisted of the usual flip waffles and a couple cereals, yogurt, etc. Price considered, it was adequate.

This is not to the standard of Wyndham Hotels. If you are going to make updates to the rooms them correctly and not in the middle of the night. Shower curtain dingy/stringy. Musty dusty smell in the room. The hallways are dark beige walls are depressing. 200. is too much to spend for old metal mattress. This is our final stay at a Wyndham. The breakfast area was a depressingly dingy beige basement room. Vacuum and cleaning stairs, elevator, hallways. The management indifferent to feedback. 200.00 so not worth it.

The. Photos on Expedia isn’t what we experienced. The place was very dingy and smelled so we only started 1 night. We felt car fished

We were there for a 3 bight stay. The pool qas great, there was a continental breakfast, something everyone would like for breakfast. There was no outside noises. Very quiet. Food nearby. Walmart across the street.

Clean but looks like it needs a refresher on paint
