대로변에 위치해있어서 소음이심합니다.제가 숙박한날에는 히터가고장나서 감기에걸렸고 4박중 마지막날에야 히터가작동되더군요.빨리 고쳐야지 3일씩이나걸리는건 좀아니지안나요?

저희룸은 도로변에 위치해 있는걸로 배정받았는데 도로 건너편에 클럽이 있어서 새벽 네시까지 시끄러웠습니다. 그외엔 대부분 만족합니다. 특히 데스크 여직원분, 저희가 가방을 소매치기 당해서 급히 마드리드로 여권을 만들러 가야 했는데 기차 시간을 알아봐 달라하니 시간표를 프리트해 주셔서 잘 다녀왔네요. 정말 감사했습니다.

The room was extremely noisy despite the description stating that the windows were soundproof. The staff was also unhelpful in addressing the issue. As a result, I had difficulty sleeping at night.

Although room was generally clean, various maintenance needed in the hotel, and be warned - clever photography for the rooms. No natural daylight in some rooms within building 2 (yes there is a second building connected via a car park which is so strange). Location great, staff helpful, but honesty a pretty disappointing overall hotel with lack of basic things - toiletries (empty) and single pillows. Basics you shouldn’t have to ask for.

We stayed for one night to go on our Cruise. Perfect location. Would stay again.

Bike access was an excellent perk. The front staff had great manners and helped when needed.

The hotel was okay… good location, nice staff. When we got to our room, it seemed okay the biggest problem was the fact the bedsheet didn’t even fit the bed. Half the time I would wake up on a bare mattress and constantly fix it. No one wants to sleep on a hotels bare mattress… there was also no actual blanket. All we had was 3 sheets so we were freezing. Overall, it was alright nothing special biggest problem was the bedding which I feel is an important part due to hygiene and cleanliness.

Ar condicionado quebrado. A limpeza do quarto não foi satisfatória. A localização do hotel não era a melhor. Se voltar a Barcelona, vamos procurar outro hotel. Não indico.

The staff is extremely helpful. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of town. Very easy to get around on foot.

Room was fine at glance, average for what you pay for We soon then realised they didn’t fill up the bottles with shower gel in the shower Our window was broken so you can hear the outside noice on the street a lot since ambulance come by every so often aswell check in and check out was smooth however They cleaned our room every day - however on our last day they came in at like 9:30am which we found strange! as check out was at 11am

The hotel is filthy and rundown. The beds are hard as rocks. The extra blankets are awful looking and I wouldn’t use them for my dog. . The shower was disgustingly and the water went from ice cold to scalding hot. I was burnt each morning several times. When I brought this up two times to the desk clerk , they made excuses and didn’t care. I would never recommend this hotel.

Good location, close to everything.

Les chambres ne sont pas entretenus, la climatisation pu les canalisations, pour un hôtel rénové en 2014 et 3 étoiles, il n’est pas à la hauteur des photos du site. Les prix annoncés ne sont pas respectés, taxe de séjour plus cher de 20€, petit déjeuner à 12€ au lieu de 9€ annoncés. Seuls points positifs : - à côté d’une bouche de métro - serviettes et draps propres La note concerne aussi Expédia qui n’ont pas leurs informations à jour sur l’hôtel.

Estrutura otima, quartos grandes e arejados, equipe do Hotel excelente, localizacao perfeita, proximo ao metro o que facilita bastante, mas quem gosta de caminhar as principais atrações tambem ficam a menos de 3 km de distancia

Cons: The shower was a bit tricky to figure out, the heater only blew cold air and overall the room could use some updating. Pros: Location, Location, Location- we walked to most of the must see locations! Laundromat just 109 yards away. Great restaurants and bars all within walking distance!

It took a whole day to try and fix the a/ c and at the end change rooms. Only one toaster was working for breakfast and only one side.
