대로변에 위치해있어서 소음이심합니다.제가 숙박한날에는 히터가고장나서 감기에걸렸고 4박중 마지막날에야 히터가작동되더군요.빨리 고쳐야지 3일씩이나걸리는건 좀아니지안나요?

No electricity until 12am and staff were very unhelpful and refused to offer a refund if we moved hotels because we booked through Expedia. Electricity returned but the A/C was very poor and not sufficient to make the room comfortable- many other guests were also complaining about the quality of the A/C

The hotel was well located near the metro and many places to eat. The room was a good size with a fridge, coffee making facilities and good air conditioning. Parking was tight, but there were plenty of spaces. I was not warned that the Tour de France would stop me getting to the parking for 4 hours. The first day we had breakfast it was charged to my card in £ (they didn't ask or tell me), so 2 breakfasts cost me over 26€ instead of 24€. When I realised that I had forgotten a cable for my computer, the receptionist tried to find one to lend me (couldn't because it was an old type), so suggested a shop where I might get one. I got a cable - disaster averted. On the day we left, the bigger lift had stopped working. The smaller one was labelled as suitable for 5 people, but if 3 slim people got in an alarm sounded. We had to make 3 trips (1 person +an item of luggage) to get down from floor 7. Check in and departure were efficient. So some good and some bad experiences.

Bed was so uncomfortable I had to buy a camping mattress.

Das Beste an der Unterkunft ist definitiv die Lage. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Restaurants und ein größerer Supermarkt. Zudem viele kleine Kiosk, mit dem nötigsten was man so braucht. Die Metrohaltestelle Paral lel befindet sich ca eine Minute Fußweg entfernt in der gleichen Straße. Das Personal war sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites. Von drei Nächten hat in zwei die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, wenn sie denn funktioniert hat, war sie schon sehr praktisch und im Sommer definitiv notwendig. Fenster waren nicht abgedichtet, man könnte durch einen Schlitz am Fenster vorbei nach draußen schauen, wodurch dementsprechend die Lautstärke und Wärme nicht draußen blieben. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank war vorhanden, leider hatte dieser innen Schimmelflecken. Das Bad war okay, alles soweit nutzbar. Über Zustand und Sauberkeit lässt sich streiten. Leider wurde bei der Reinigung des Zimmers zwar der Müll entfernt und die Handtücher ausgetauscht, doch wurde der Kaffee nicht aufgefüllt und gesaugt oder gefegt wurde ebenfalls nicht. Generell war die Sauberkeit okay, bei der Suche nach etwas Heruntergefallenem fiel der Blick unter das Bett wo ganz deutlich über längeren Zeitraum nicht sauber gemacht wurde. Vom Nachbarzimmer welches direkt am Kopfende des Bettes lag, spürten wir immer wieder ein Gerumpel.

Bien, super bien placé on a tout fait à pied. Hôtel très convenable, les chambres était propre.

Gym is obviously very small, only elliptical, bike, and couple of machines no free weight dumb bells or treadmill. Breakfast was pretty good although could have more variety, sometimes eggs were a bit gelled, not many options for meat or cheese. The only other thing was that when the air conditioning was used it made the whole room smell like sulfur, I don't know if this is just because the A/C unit is not used a lot or it was a mechanical issue. We would come back to the room after being out all day (not using the air) and it would still have a smell in the room after returning.

Not what I expected for the price. Also the environment around the hotel not so good at night time.

I’m happy with the hotel. Even though the hotel was located right by a metro I felt the neighborhood it was located in was rough.

Quiero expresar mi profunda insatisfacción y frustración con respecto a mi estancia el jueves 4 de junio al domingo 7 de junio, 550€ por tres noches. Quiero destacar que el personal de recepción fue muy amable y resolutivo en el trato. Sin embargo, la gestión de las instalaciones y el estado de las habitaciones convirtieron mi estancia en una experiencia terrible. De las tres noches contratadas, solo pude descansar adecuadamente una. Primera noche me resultó completamente imposible dormir debido a un ruido mecánico continuo que se activaba cada media hora. Segunda noche, Tras solicitar el cambio, regresé al hotel a la 1:00 de la mañana para descansar y me encontré con una habitación en condiciones deplorables. En primer lugar, no funcionaba la luz. Además, el espacio del baño era tan minúsculo que apenas me cabían las piernas al sentarme en el inodoro. Para colmo, la ducha estaba en un estado terrible y había piezas sueltas en el mobiliario. Debido a este caos y a tener que gestionar la situación de madrugada, no pude acostarme hasta las 2:00 de la mañana, durmiendo poquísimo. Tras haber transcurrido 10 días desde que me puse en contacto por primera vez tanto con la dirección de este hotel como con la central del grupo hotelero, sigo sin haber recibido respuesta ni solución por su parte. Esta total falta de atención al cliente no hace más que agravar mi indignación. Ha sido una experiencia terrible y cara, desde luego, un establecimiento que no recomiendo a nadie.

Stayed one night for the next day cruise. Perfect location for the purpose. Suggestion to cruisers: walk to the port or else you are going miss your cruise because of the terrible traffic unless you give yourself plenty of time ahead.

Meget lytt ut mot trafikkert gate, hørtes ut så vindu sto åpent, men var lukket.

O quarto é um pouco antigo, mas a cama é confortável, os travesseiros também, e a ducha é muito boa. O hotel é silencioso, e tem boa localização. O ar condicionado à noite não é dos mais potentes, e em dias muito quentes pode ser que faça um pouco de calor.

Staff members were pleasant and very helpful, air conditioning was broken they assisted in moving our room which was a relief from the heat after a 15 hour plane flight. Stayed at hotel for 3 nights prior to our cruise departure. Hotel is well located to main attraction sites in Barcelona, with plenty of resturants close to hotel.

部屋の掃除が雑で、バスルームや空調がずさん。1泊5万円近く払った割にあわない。2度目はない。

別館のようなところに案内されたが、まるでラブホのような狭く暗い廊下を通って入室。バストイレはあまり清潔感がなく(汚くはない)、エアコンが壊れていて大変だった。唯一良いところと言えば，朝食はとても良かった。 市内なので食事などは非常に便利だったが、この値段では再利用は考えられない。
