대로변에 위치해있어서 소음이심합니다.제가 숙박한날에는 히터가고장나서 감기에걸렸고 4박중 마지막날에야 히터가작동되더군요.빨리 고쳐야지 3일씩이나걸리는건 좀아니지안나요?

저희룸은 도로변에 위치해 있는걸로 배정받았는데 도로 건너편에 클럽이 있어서 새벽 네시까지 시끄러웠습니다. 그외엔 대부분 만족합니다. 특히 데스크 여직원분, 저희가 가방을 소매치기 당해서 급히 마드리드로 여권을 만들러 가야 했는데 기차 시간을 알아봐 달라하니 시간표를 프리트해 주셔서 잘 다녀왔네요. 정말 감사했습니다.

다좋고 깨끝하고 방도맘에들었습니다.화장실도 크고 하지만 배수가 잘안되는건 아쉬웠습니다 하지만 카운터직원들은 아주 상냥했습니다 빨래서비스는 주변 빨래방을이용하시는게 훨씬저렴합니다. 바르셀로나여행할때 바다도가깝고 전철역도가까워서 추천합니다

Staff was the best. Very informative and helpful.

Location is perfect. The staff was very kind. Only problem was the air conditioner did not work and it was very hot.

Room was in somewhat okay condition. Only cool water in the shower and seemed likely to overflow the basin. Flooring was a disaster with clear flooding issues.

Imødekommende personale, dejligt tæt på metro. Morgenmaden var der, men ikke mere ned end det. Ventilationen trænger til en opdatering, skramler hele tiden og virker til husbehov. Man skal være forbedredt på en del støj fra trafikken, men beliggenheden opvejer helt klart det.

Nice hotel with a comfortable room and great location. Staff were helpful, attentive, and some even spoke Portuguese, which made communication much easier. Unfortunately, the internet was terrible and didn’t reach our room at all. Our room was in an annex behind the parking area, where the Wi-Fi signal simply didn’t work.

The room was clean but lighting in room was very poor. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Towels were worn and not soft. On one occasion we got back to our room around 4:00pm and it wasn’t done. Shortly after arrive the cleaning staff showed up and when I told her that we would be a few minutes she seemed upset. We had intended to rest for awhile before going back out but had to leave the room for an hour before getting to rest and change to go for dinner. All and all I would not stay at this hotel again.

Is a quiet area, the buffet breakfast was great and friendly and accommodating staff. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance and on property.

The condition of the towels in the rooms are disgustingly awful. In all of my years of traveling I have never seen anything worse. They had holes in them and torn. I feel that for them not to know this, is embarrassing to management and for the room attendant to think that is ok to leave those for the guests to use shows lack of respect

Terrible experience. The AC was not working, and there was no fan. Even after taking a shower, it was so hot that we kept sweating and could not sleep well at night. The room was also noisy,. Very uncomfortable stay—definitely would not recommend this hotel.”unless fixed

Our room was in the older part of the motel and the a/c didn’t work. We ended changing rooms thankfully, but ended up in the handicap accessible room which was a little weird but better than no a/c. The room was decent but the shower water constantly varied in temperature with use. Not the worst, not the best experience. Very convenient and accessible to the city.

Close to everything walking distance. The metro is a 2 minute walk from the hotel so easy to get everywhere

Good location for siteseeing, close to subway, excelent breakfast.

The property was in a good location close to popular attractions. Easy commute and great places to eat. However the noise on the road was loud at nights.

Very accessible to the Metro and buses. The staff were very helpful in helping me navigate the public transport. Vaida and Eduardo were very friendly, helpful and treated us with respect and kindness.

Good customer service. Very clean. Area around the hotel not very clean. Walking distance from everything you want to see in Barcelona. I recommend this hotel. Good for family.
