Clean room, hallways were loud in the morning with housekeeping repeatedly slamming doors and talking loudly. Hot tub desperately needs an upgrade - pool was very warm. Restaurant was decent, no butter given with toast which is my biggest pet peeve these days with restaurants. Neighbouring bar attracts some pretty gross, smelly people, I would stay away. May consider this again if all other options are booked.

All was pretty good. Room was clean, staff were very nice, restaurant was good. My problem comes with the pool. Kids and I went to the pool as soon as they woke up. Hot tub had gross scum of the sides as it was dirty and foam would overtake when the jets were on. My daughter told me there was a cup at the bottom of the pool so I jumped in and when down to get it. Glass cup which could have been so bad if had been jumped on and/or broken. I have pictures of same!!

Parking was great loved the secure parking

No tenia mucha expectativa pero al llegar me sorprendió, el personal ameno que te hace tener una buena impresión, la habitación excelente, la vista al rio hizo tener una buena experiencia, me dieron de cortesía el estacionamiento, además tome el desayuno en el restaurante del hotel y fue un servicio y calidad de los alimentos excelente, si vienes a saskatoon este puede ser muy buena opción en el downtown además cerca de restaurantes, lugares para hacer compras.

Not able to get room temperature under 25 degrees, was 26.5 before they gave us a fan. A fan for a hotel room (200$ a night), in 2026...

Parking was good, room was great and so was the food! Top notch!

All staff were kind and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant meals were great and the menu was exceptionable.

They really improved the place with all the renovations and staff were friendly.

There were allot of transient people in parking lot, parkade was gated, but still felt sketcy. Calling for extra coffee took a few calls & about 30 minutes. Only provided 3 pillows on king size bed, needed another one. Check in staff was not helpful. Pool was amazing once we found it, Four Seasons restraunt & Finns was amazing.

This was a great location and place to stay for 2 nights in Saskatoon. Really like the renovations they have done especially to the restaurant. Appreciated the free and secure parking lot, very comfortable beds, quiet. Pool and hot tub rarely busy and very clean. Would stay again. Only disappointment was the airport shuttle didn’t run on holidays

I enjoyed my stay. It was an off-brand Hotel so I thought I would take a chance. It was a pleasant experience. I really enjoyed the hot tuband pool. If I'm going to be honest I don't think the Four Seasons restaurant would be a favorite for many travelers. It had the same menu or special as the pub next door. The Steak Diane was very likely one of the worst things I've ever tasted. I expected more from a restaurant of that caliper but who knows - these things are hit and miss sometime. The breakfast was awesome but then again it's hard to mess up eggs.

Called front desk for extra glasses. I just went and got them myself. Was easier. Than calling back and asking again. Other than that stay was excellent.

Came with my 9 year old. Staff were wonderful towards us.

Excellent location and great price!

It would be nice to have a continental breakfast offered. It was nice to have 10% off our supper meal. The food was delicious. The view of the river was beautiful.

Would prefer regular coffee in rooms and for vending machines to be filled
