Stayed in the executive room and free lounge services were inclusive. They also offered free shuttle bus to Osaka station (about 5-10 mins ride). Hence made the stay very convenient. Full set of amenities, clean room, spacious and separate bath-shower. Wifi service was supposed to be available but had a hard time connecting to the network.

I always swim at any hotel that i have stayed, but when i stayed at the westin osaka, when i would like to swim, the reception asked me to pay yen 2100, it''s absurd, because from my experience at any hotel i always swim for free, because logically it is hotel's facility, right? also the air around swimming pool really bad, i can breathe but i can't breathe well, maybe because it is indoor pool but really small and there is jacuzzi hot water inside the pool indoor as well.

I stayed there for two nights during my lebaran holiday with family. Apparently, during my two-night stay, there was an earthquake. The hotel manager and staffs were very attentive and ensuring us that we were okay and safe. In general, the staffs showed true japanese hospitality. The room was spacious and the decoration is nice as well. They are close to osaka station and they offer free shuttle service to osaka station. Also one thing, the concierge is the best. He can fulfill what we demand.
