훌륭한 위치, 서비스, 아침 완벽했어요 첫날추웠는데 이야기하니 난방을 해주어 둘째날이 더 좋았어요

Room was just OK. There was a lot of dust from bed and blanket. That said, well controlled overall. I was very satisfied at breakfast quality and crews' extraordibary kindness.

광장 한가운데에 위치하고 있어서 자가용으로는 접근이 쉽지 않습니다만, 숙소는 훌륭합니다. 발렛파킹(유료) 가능 합니다.

일단 위치는 마요르광장 앞이여서 좋았습니다. 저는 차를 렌트해서 다녀왔는데, 호텔측에 맡기면 20유로가 들어서 그냥 인근 주차장을 이용했고, 주차장과의 거리는 걸어서 3분정도 걸리는 거리였습니다. 찾는데 불편함도 없었고요. 룸은 사진에 나오는 딱 그 정도이고, 사진으로 체크하고 광장이 보이는 룸을 예약한 줄 알았는데 스탠다드 룸이여서 창을 열어도 건물 벽이 보여 좀 답답했습니다. 뭐 하루 정도니 괜찮았지만 이틀이였으면 좀 기분이 좋지않았을 것 같습니다. 그래서 바로 확인하고 바꿀 수 있냐 물어보니 풀부킹 이라고 하는 답변이 돌아왔습니다. 하지만...그렇지 않았다는. 뭐 제가 예약을 잘 못 한거니 어쩔 수 없는 거겠죠. 여튼 룸 컨디션은 올드한 느낌이 있지만 그럭저럭 괜찮았고 특히 욕실이 넓고 수압이 쎄서 좋았습니다.

마요르광장을 바라보고 있어 위치가 훌륭합니다. 주차는 불편하는 발레 가능. 워낙 오래된 도시라 내비를 보고 차로 호텔을 찾기가 어려윘음.

위치를 포함해 모든것이 만족스러웠습니다.

Todo en este hotel es excelente, la ubicación, las habitaciones, pero lo mejor de todo realmente es la ubicación, es privilegiada.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, limpo e fomos bem atendidos. Inclusive nos deixaram guardar as malas num armário trancado pois chegamos antes do horário do check in. O quarto e a cama são confortáveis, mas o wifi do hotel não funcionava no nosso quarto.

The hotel is in the best location! It is clean and has a beautiful charm. However, we got a room that was super small and dark.

Overall, it was a good one night stay. The rooms are large and clean. The best thing about the hotel is it is centrally located close to everything. On the other hand, it can get a little busy and loud since it is in the main square of Plaza Mayor. Luckily there were not any events during the night however, early Thursday morning they have a local farmers market and you can hear the trucks and carts pulling in. Also, the church bells ring every hour so although it is a beautiful sound, it can wake you up. I would suggest taking earplugs and you should be fine. The air conditioning unit in the room worked well, but it had a strange high-pitched noise that I’ve never heard come from an AC unit before. The lobby has some character and it is very charming. The staff was not rude, but they were not super friendly either. They were just OK. The rainfall shower was wonderful. I would give it 4 1/2 stars.

My room was very nice with a specatular view of the plaza and the cathedral. The room was large with big windows and a very nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and offered valet parking. The location of this hotel is wonderful, right on the main plaza.

Excelente ubicación

El hotel está súper bien ubicado en la Plaza Mayor y frente a la Catedral. La vista desde el cuarto es increíble. El cuarto fue muy cómodo y amplio. Tomamos el servicio del desayuno y estuvo muy bien. La atención del personal ha sido muy buena.

Charming hotel in the heart of Plaza Mayor. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel is walking distance to all sights and restaurants.

いつぞやの宿無し就労拒否を回避する為今回も電話確認の上宿泊。結果ちゃんと泊まれてよかった。 マイヨール広場脇、細くだがセゴビア大聖堂が見える部屋をアサインして戴けた。夜間及び早朝の無人のセゴビア大聖堂やアルカサル城を独り占め出来るのはやはり此処の宿泊者の特権か。水道橋バスターミナルから土産物屋通りで登り坂を徒歩7分、アルカサル城へはセゴビア大聖堂前を抜けやはり土産物屋通りを下ること徒歩7分。抜群の立地に広い部屋。大推奨。

Ubicación inmejorable, hotel de diseño y muebles antiguos pero bonito, limpio y excelente servicio, camas cómodas pero las almohadas no, es lo único que mejoraría. Excelente, volvería sin duda !
