I was given a room at the second floor where I had a problem in the shower room as tha thing that you pull up to start the shower was so tight to pull up so i had to ask the housekeeper to help me pull it up,reported it to the front desk that morning but when i came back it wasnt fix

The pet policy sucks we were not to leave our pet alone. A few years back different management I am sure we brought our dogs a few times and no problems with us leaving a few hours . Plus I paid $20 a night on top of the price of the room . Neighbors were loud we could hear the whole conversations . Miss the free breakfast too

Clean rooms and hallways, staff was excellent, lots of amenities close, one thing they can approve on is more staircases

Room and inside hotel was clean and fine the parking lot was very dirty back is terrible… they need to definitely do Come exterior work.. to make it feel better. Staff were great and room was as well. Was nice with patio doors in the ground floor for our service dog.

The room was clean, tight parking if you park in the front. No breakfast but a discount at the restaurant next door.

The hotel definitely is a dive, first of all beds were hard as a rock. Our room didn’t get cleaned all weekend and you can hear all the noise in the hallways. I would have cancelled after the first nite but my room was prepaid for the weekend. Hope this is useful for someone else. I will not be staying here again

There was breakfast and our room was not cleaned at all or garbage taken out ,no fresh towels no coffee restocked...i dont know if we even got senior rates ,also like to have been able to get a handicap room ,as we have difficulty waking, both have arthritis issues
