We were not aware that this property has no elevator. I have a muscle disability and my husband is 84. The first floor is pet rooms. We were offered another room at an extra cost on the first floor but. It had been used for pets so we declined.Our GPS brought us to the hotel but we were confused as there is no signs on the building nor an address on the front door. We have never experienced this before.We are world travellers and we were shocked by this as sometimes the GPS can be inaccurate.

The room was very clean. Though it is an older hotel, it was actually a nice stay. It was quiet and the staff was nice. The price was very good.

Room was clean, bathroom worked well. Tv, coffee maker and fridge in the room were nice too. Front desk staff was nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable enough. For the price we paid, to be near my father who was in the hospital, it was well worth it and we would stay here again for sure.

They would not accept my credit card. They said that it was not valid or it was prepaid and they would want me to pay a double deposit to stay there. I've never had this issue with any other hotel. And so I will never stay there. Nor will I ever recommend the place.

There was no breakfast available. They recommended McDonald’s or Denny’s when I asked. They had frozen Crave meals for sale to microwave in the room. They showed made to order breakfast on their Expedia site and was one of the resasons we booked there. This was false and misleading.

Decent stay, beds were a little uncomfortable.

Cleanliness was awful. Dark hair on bathtub, carpets not well vacuumed. Seems extra sad as it’s dated to start then add oders and filth…
