Was very noisy allllllll night long. Did not stop. Police were there a couple times. hotel front desk would not do anything.

Front desk person was pretty rude, never asked for ID or credit verification. Just took my name and gave me a key...not very secure . Bathroom 1/10 bang your elbow on the counter whenever you use the toilet.

I didn’t even get my 2 rooms I booked online. Front desk said she had computer problems. Then told me to book online. After I booked online, she still wouldn’t check me in. I left the property and went to check into a different hotel down the street from comfort inn. I won’t ever book there again if I have a choice. My car broke down near kenora yesterday.

Over all the property was fine. Parking is limited if you have a trailer and the staff counldnt quite tell us where to go. Not bad for a night but it is super pricey

Room was clean but not in great shape. Wouldn’t hurt to have a proper blanket on the bed. Zero amenities for hockey teams. Definitely didn’t feel welcomed as a team. Laundry price is absurd. We paid just under 600 for 2 nights but or other teammates paid 400. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! For that kind of money I would definitely not go there!!! Location is the only thing going for this place. Hockey parents played crib on main floor in laundry room as they were told that breakfast room and lobby were off limits

One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed and I spend a lot of time on the road for work. The bed was new and very comfy. The free breakfast everyday was amazing. I was expecting just a basic continental breakfast but it was a hot buffet with scrambled eggs or some mornings omelettes, pancakes, sausage patties or some mornings bacon and potatoes as well as the continental items. My only complaint is that the price fluctuates so when I go back to Kenora in a few weeks it’s now out of my price range and I won’t be able to stay again. No way any other motel/hotel in kenora can compete with this place. Also tons of parking available with plug in’s for cars. All around it was a great stay

Liked most everything about my stay. I would give 4.5 stars if that was an option. Price could be a bit lower, but very decent aside from that.

I can't review this hotel because I didn't stay there, my plans changed and you wouldn't refund my money or allow me to cancel my stay. I know this will not affect your business, but I'm never using Expedia again.
