It was the worst hotel of my life. No elevator, our rooms were dirty, smelly, and the air conditioner didn't work. I don't want to talk anymore.

There was some grit on the floor in sitting area/outside entrance. The rest of the room was good, bathroom was clean, bed comfortable, very good conti breakfast. Staff was pleasant

I was told after I paid for my room that the cc for incidentals needed to be in my name , I never even got to stay there . As a result had to sleep in the airport

As expected

Check in went fine but was not impressed by the room. Carpets getting a worn look and some cleaning issues elsewhere. Had I read the reviews from people first regarding bed bugs and other things I probably wouldn’t have booked there. We searched through the bedding and saw no signs of bugs and stayed albeit a little apprehensive. Our check out was early, didn’t bother with the complimentary breakfast. Won’t be staying here again.

Absolutely the worst experience!!!! We asked for a room on the main level with a patio door to smoke outside… they claimed that we smoked in the room and charged me a 250 fee for that along with a 60 fee for a 2 dollar hand towel that had a small stain on it!!! Would definitely not recommend this place!!!! They also entered the room without my authorization and took a picture of the hand towel!!! They creep in the rooms and look for a reason to charge you additional charges
