전체적으로 청소가 잘 되어 있어서 깨끗함. 다만 에어컨과 냉장고 소리 때문에 시끄러워서 밤에 잠을 잘 못 잤으며 식수를 제공하지 않아 생수를 사서 들어가거나 수돗물을 끓여마셔야 했던 점이 불편했음.

객실이 너무 어둡고, 좁은데 비해 침대가 너무 높고 커서 이용에 불편이 많았어요. 욕실은 너무 비좁구요.

다 좋았습니다. 다만 호텔 내 조식당 사용 시 세금 포함 30CD 필요합니다.

Restaurant only serves food to 7:00 but drinks until 11. Both disappointing. Positive: 2 quick elevators Parking is awkward at best

Clean and Friendly staff

We had a multi night stay in Ottawa. Staff was excellent getting us in as we were really pressed for time. Overall the suite was nice and big and things were in order to cook on-site. Bed was comfortable and it was fairly quiet considering you are downtown. Nice walks to Parliament Hill, Rideau Canal and TD Place. Note: restaurant was great for breakfast but don't count on evening food or drinks if it's not busy. Walking to near by streets are loaded with options. The only issue we had was the AC unit was in the bedroom and we found a bit loud and did not easily cool the larger space. Aside from that we had a great stay in Ottawa and would stay at this property again. Cheers J & M

Location was ideal. Easy walk to the football stadium, downtown and the Byward Market

Overall it was a good stay the room was clean and the staff very helpful, a few minor things we didn’t have a shower curtain in our room when we got there they put it one up for us tho

The room I stayed in was relatively clean, extremely spacious for 1 or 2 people. The only downside is the limited parking spaces (first come, first serve basis) within the property, which isn’t really a fault of the property owners. However, the staff is very helpful and provided areas that you can alternatively park your car overnight nearby, like close to the city hall which is extremely cheap overnight on the weekends and other public parking lots (which are quite expensive, just a bit more expensive than staying at the hotel for $25/day).

Stayed for 1 night. The staff was excellent. Very professional, patient and helpful. Parking is limited. I had to pay for parking offsite at the City Hall...weekend parking was very reasonable and the walk was a 5 minute walk. Overall not bad. I dont remember if this was listed on the website.

Our stay at the Embasy Hoyel in Ottawa was fine. It felt like a no frills place to stay. No place to buy soft drinks, except at the restaurant. Kitchenette in Suite had very little to serve with. I despised the puny bowls for evening snacks. Lobby was filled with a Tour bus when we got there and it was noisy and there was a long wait for an elevator. Overall. An okay stay.

The location is perfect and within walking distance/drive from main points of interest. Soundproofing is an issue with very audible conversations/crying baby on either side of my room and at inconvenient hours . The crying baby was much more understandable than the festive folks yakking away at 1am. Though I mentioned this inconvenience to the front desk, nothing was offered as a token of compensation. In general, I found the staff at front desk helpful. Cooper’s restaurant is a good spot fot onsite dining

Great location and staff was great

We couldn't find the do-not-disturb sign and had to ask for one. Housekeeping came in at 7 am one day unexpectedly and woke us up. The internet was unreliable within the hotel room. Only decent in the lobby. There were individual AC units, but on humid days you can feel the humidity in the room.

Very convenient location just off Elgin St., next to Ottawa City Hall. Rooms are clean and modern. Reasonably well stocked with kitchen gear for longer stays. This was my second time at the hotel, and I was very comfortable. On-site parking is first-come-first-serve, so if you don't get a spot, you will be sent to a (more expensive) surface lot across the street. My only real issue is that there are no hooks in the bathroom for toilettries bags or hand towels. The fitness facilities are better than many hotels at this level. Having a pool is also nice for relaxation or a few laps.

Great location! Elevator was a bit slow, but everything else was amazing for the price! Great staff and service!

Room was clean and ready early. Walking distance to many attractions.
