전체적으로 청소가 잘 되어 있어서 깨끗함. 다만 에어컨과 냉장고 소리 때문에 시끄러워서 밤에 잠을 잘 못 잤으며 식수를 제공하지 않아 생수를 사서 들어가거나 수돗물을 끓여마셔야 했던 점이 불편했음.

객실이 너무 어둡고, 좁은데 비해 침대가 너무 높고 커서 이용에 불편이 많았어요. 욕실은 너무 비좁구요.

다 좋았습니다. 다만 호텔 내 조식당 사용 시 세금 포함 30CD 필요합니다.

Avoid this place! The staff are lovely but the hotel is old, not particularly clean, and just feels shabby and depressing. Awful bed. Weird smell and no proper in room air con. Terrible loud hum. Just go somewhere else.

Construction happening in hotel and the elevators were severely delayed (up to 5min). The elevators and areas were dusty with construction traffic. The beds were fine, but carpets worn. The bathroom had a strange pocket door and latch, which was not ideal.

Staff was helpful, and rooms were clean. Great dining experience too.

Room is clean. Location is convenient but not that safe area. Breakfast is reasonable. Parking is convenient but expensive

We were excited to stay here as the location and price were good. Started off ok though we had to return for the check in as we were too early. The first night we froze as they had no heat and the blanket for the sofa bed was thin as a wafer. There was a terrible nose in the bedroom that lasted all day and night. Apparently it is a known problem though they do nothing to address it. I complained to the concierge who asked the manager if we could switch rooms. The manager said no even though they has an available room for a least one of the two nights. All the rooms ending in 15 are affected, so ensure you’re not in one prior to paying for the room! The noise from the hallways carry into the room and we were awakened by noisy drunk guest coming in late.

All in all was good!

I do not think this hotel is worth the price. The rooms are run down and cleanliness could be improved. There was hair in the bathroom sink and shower. The walls are quite thin and you can hear other people in their room or hallways. Balconies are poorly kept and crumbling in some areas. The bed is comfortable and staff were kind and helpful.

Clean room. Bathroom is in need of TLC. Limited parking spaces on site. Hotel had everything we needed. The staff were fantastic - thank you!

Construction noise on the floor above me started about 6:40am. It was very loud and my room was shaking. Why would the hotel allow construction to start so early. Unbelevable

My husband and I were really disappointed with our 2 night stay in Ottawa Embassy Hotel. The check in and out was fast and well managed. The room looked clean and vast. The first problem started when we found out that there is no AC in the room! The AC controller on the wall was not even real. We asked the customer service and they explained that the AC is unfortunately central and because we are between 2 seasons the AC is still not running! So we had to keep our room window open at all time to change the stuffy air inside the room. Problem number 2 was that the fridge was absolutely empty! Not even some water bottles!! That was very surprising for me since I thought this is the basic of all hotel rooms that have a mini fridge and free water bottles available for guests! Also there was no safe box available in the room which was also a big disappointment to us! We had to carry our valuables with us every time we were leaving the hotel! That was ridiculous! I have never been into a hotel with no safe box in the room! The bed looked nice and clean but the pillows were high and the mattress was so uncomfortable that we couldn’t even get a good rest at night! The shower was very small and my husband who is 6.1ft couldn’t take a shower without hitting his elbows to the shampoo bottles on the wall and his head to the shower head! All said we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The building is very old. I was happy that the elevators were running!

The hotel is generally good — well located, clean, with all necessary amenities, etc. — but on my recent trip I was placed in a room (615) with a noisy ventilation system that kept me up most of the night. It was so bad in the bedroom at 2am that I moved to sleep on the couch. The next morning there was construction hammering, etc. in the building that began before 7am. I spoke with the reception but was not offered an apology or (even partial) reimbursement. I would suggest checking about these conditions before visiting.

It was great - really enjoyed it

Loved the location. Also loved that it felt like a 1 bedroom apartment. I was able to buy groceries and make meals in the kitchen. I’d definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was VERY hot in the room and the place overall needed a bit of maintenance but I would definitely stay again. Great price and a fantastic location.

There was a banging noise from 730 to 900 am

Common rooms were not clean. Both beds in my room has soiled or hair covered sheets and the dishes had leftover food on them. When k informed front desk I was told there was no housekeeping after 4 and I’d have to change the sheets myself. No apology or accommodation was made until I insisted and they sent a maintenance person up to make the beds.
