가격등 모든것이 좋았으나 한가지 흠이 있었습나다, 숙박한 호텔방의 바로 옆에 철도가 있어 열차가 다니는 소음이 있었던것 외에는 매우 만족합니다

The gentleman at the front desk is always fantastic, they were very accommodating letting my partner park the car and check in early while I was still busy with the army on ANZAC Day. The space you get for the price is also amazing. This is the second time I've stayed here and will definitely be back.

Friendly helpful reception staff , Dennis who I believe is manager goes above and beyond for you while staying here. Room was big and kept very clean throughout our stay. If returning to Melbourne I would stay here again 10/10

Excellent location to where i needed to be next day

Perfect location for a long weekend stay. So close to the trams and Southern cross station. Denis and the team were very welcoming. The shower with 2 different taps was a bit temperamental but that’s the only complaint. Would definitely consider staying again

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment and super clean. Parking was a bonus too and although we only stayed the one night, it was so convenient for us to get around to AAMI park plus Spencer St shopping

Great staff, very friendly and welcoming. Amenities were fantastic and clean. Comfortable bed, fast WiFi. Pool was great! Gym was small but good. Chocolates on arrival was a nice touch! I’ll be back 😊

When we arrived my work colleague and I had a bed to share. When we booked, we requested two single beds. We were told that was ok only to rock up and it wasn't the case. so, she had to sleep on a roll away bed. I thought that was very tacky.

Lovely hotel, train noise is present but nice.

Generally ok hotel. Room was comfortable but could do with better cleaning. They only clean every second day and there was a lot of accumulated dust around the edges of the carpet (especially on the stairs) Lift and corridor carpets could have been cleaner too. The Indian restaurant on the property is great.

The building and its great restoration start the in a great way. It may not suit those that want every amentity but the 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and very confortable. A warning that the bedroom is up stairs may be in oeder.

Very noisy being right next to the main rail line. Upstairs bedroom very hot despite aircon downstairs on 18deg. Cold air falls - it doesn’t rise !!

We were upgraded to a beautiful suite, bed was comfortable and we appreciated the extra space with a kitchenette, desk, couch and small dining table in the room! Would definitely stay again and was very short walk to the Casino / Southern Cross station and makes the whole city accessible
