This was genuinely bad. I came across this very rude front desk employee who was unable to pull up my reservation and was genuinely mean to me about it. Then I had to call Expedia customer support, who called the front desk right in front of me, and suddenly they found the reservation, and the employee made me feel bad about it, for some reason. The employee was also given me questionable looks for the rest of my stay whenever I passed by the front desk. Regarding the rooms, the toilet was running when I stepped into one of rooms, so the rooms are barely prepared for my arrival.

El hotel es pequeño, las personas no son tan amables y no hay mucho espacio de estacionamiento, tuve que dejar mi vehículo en la calle. Adicional me hicieron un cobro por $200 usd como depósito y no se me devolvió

I wanted to find a decent hotel in Beverly Hills and found this place. Not a lot of amenities but had a bar downstairs. 3 floors of rooms with an elevator. Room was clean. Bathroom very nice. Best was so close to rodeo drive and west hollywood.

Everywhere had a really bad smell. We actually escaped from that hotel at 7:30 a.m. because we couldn’t breathe. In the hallway, there was a pile of trash that had been there since the night we arrived. The elevator was extremely slow—using the stairs got you to the second floor faster. They charged us $52 for just one night of parking. This was the worst hotel experience of my entire life. I would never recommend it.

The standout was the staff. They were friendly, helpful and interested in the guests. From start to finish they stood out in every positive way.

The rooms were too small and the carpets were too too old. The staff was very friendly though and accomodating when I had issues.

The room was horrible They didnt gave me room I booked also. They gave me a very small room and AC was not working.

Great location but the ac in the room was too loud and bathroom was not in great condition

The air conditioner in 106 rattles everytime the AC comes on. There was only 1 towl in the bathroom. The person working the front desk wasnt very friendly. We showed up early and was asked to come back at 3 but our room wasnt ready still. The pictures show a pool but it doesnt have one. Theres a "sister" hotel kind of kext to this one thst does and you can use it but you have to walk on the street to the other hotel. We travel alot and weren't impressed.

Struttura vecchia, camera piccola letto alla francese anche se prenotato letto matrimoniale con uso singolo. La struttura ha bisogno di manutenzione e/o meglio ancora di essere rinfrescata (anche mantenendo lo stesso stile). Non vine effettuata la pulizia giornaliera delle stanze se non richiesta al check-in (ma se nessuno te lo dice!!!). Una volta evidenziata la mancanza il personale ha immediatamente provveduto. Rubinetto della doccia rotto: una volta segnalato hanno provato a ripararlo bloccandolo totalmente. Rientrando in stanza e resomi conto del problema mi è stata data la possibilità di utilizzare la mattina successiva la doccia di una stanza libera. Al check-out la ricevuta consegnata mancava di alcune informazioni più volte richieste: alla mia osservazione di effettuare la correzione mi è stata risposto che non era più possibile. Erano le 6:00 am e avevo interrotto il riposo dell'impiegata visibilmente addormentata. Punti di forza della struttura: prezzo interessante per la posizione e location comoda

The property itself was very nice, obviously it’s an old building so things are gonna look old but overall a great vibe.

This hotel is NOT a 4 star resort. The showers in the standard room are so small you cant close the door. The whole building is old and falling apart. No restaurant, bar is tint and closed Sunday's and mondays. The hallways are dark dusty and small. Would not recommend

When we arrived no one greeted us. There was no one to check us in. We had to leave and return only to return and wait once again. The place looked dark and rundown. The room was smelly.

Wasnt informed about the $100 security deposit PER NIGHT so i was not expecting the $200 charge.

Super small rooms, value not there. Staff was rude. Parking expense?
