Trato amable y cálido del personal en todas las áreas de servicio del hotel. El desayuno incluido tuvo muy buen sabor (opción de huevo y extras cada día diferente) fue posible tomar café en cualquier momento del día, gracias a qué había el servicio (gratis) disponible. La habitación amplia con frigobar, cafetera y microondas, camas cómodas, almohadas suaves y buen servicio de internet. Pudimos ir caminando al Walmart, además de otras tiendas (Burlington.....) El servicio de transporte gratuito del y hacia el aeropuerto fue de gran utilidad ( inicialmente por eso lo elegimos). Muy contentas con nuestra elección de hotel (fuimos a un concierto).

We went to Tampa for an anniversary get-away. The hotel was convenient to the ballpark, as we were able to walk to the stadium. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful and the hotel was clean.

Good location for shops and shuttle is great for airport and the port

The staff was amazing, the rooms were clean, and there was also games to play outside.

Very poor customer service and extremely noisy, vacuum was on at 8 AM

The rooms and location are nice. But only one of the two elevators was working and it was very slow. And the ice machine was not working. The breakfast was great!

Stayed for one night prior to heading on a Cruise. Super close to port and the Check In process was excellent and employee was friendly and helpful. We needed ice and the one on our floor was broken, so needed to go to another floor. Also we didn’t realize breakfast ended at 9:00 am during the week and we missed the hot breakfast. They did allow us to grab cereal and yogurt. Perhaps a verbal reminder at check in would prevent the issue we had experienced.

Great breakfast and very quiet property.
