Frint desk personnel was very nice and polite. Room was clean and pleasant

property grounds were dirty and had trash everywhere. breakfast was terrible eggs were inedible. coffee was good, needs more of a selection of breakfast items and teas, coffee wasnt available in the evenings

Room was clean and in good shape. Bed very comfortable. For some reason, my room was not serviced on Saturday.

WiFi was not working or it crashed a lot. Entertainment was poor. Not worth the price. Will not stay again in this chain.

Very nice. The price was reasonable and the room was spacious with plenty of plug ins for devices including USB ports. We will stay there again when we travel that way.

The facility was overall nice, comfortable, and as expected. The only issue I had with my stay was the electrical outlets and USB ports did not work, which was a slight hindrance, considering I had a teen and preteen with me. As well as the water pressure in the toilet was low, it barely flushed. Even though there was a few problematic issues, I would still recommend Holiday Inn for hotel accommodations to travelers. <3 <3

This hotel was short-staffed, so rooms are only services every FIVE days. You needs to ask for your own towels and garbage bags.

Staff was friendly and very pleasant. Everything about our 2 night stay was excellent!

Check in was easy and staff was great. Hotel was right off the highway for easy access. It looked like it was towards the end of a renovation/update. Room was clean but the bathroom had hair in the sink, bathtub and on the toilet. It was easy to just wipe it up and rinse it down the drain. Hotel was close to restaurants and downtown.

Great stay in Mount Pleasant! Staff and reception were friendly and smiles with each exchange. Will definitely come back.

There were shower leakage and shower courtain was shorter than it need it. Then all bathroom was wet and sleepery.
