Our Experience with this hotel was Horrible. When checking in office staff was rude, they then charged us 15 a day when parking was supposed to be included.
We then recieved our room keys. When we got to the room the AC was broken, the chairs had stains and dirt on them, not little stains large gross stains.
We then proceeded to do a precheck of the room before trying to settle in.
During our check we discovered bed bugs, pictures and videos were taken. This hotel was informed and they seemed to be in disbelief until the were showed the video.
Due to it being third party the refund was a little difficult.
However, Hotels.com was amazing on advocating for us in their end and we did get a full refund.
