The property was clean and so was the room. All of the staff was super nice and helpful. Except the young lady at the desk the second day of our trip. She was rude im not usually a complanier, but she was really terrible. Its been quite a few days but it really messed up my trip. Its free to smile and be polite.

Complete s hole. Broken stairs, elevator broken, room constantly had smoke smell coming through the vent in the bathroom. No cleaning service. Just a terrible hotel

I canceled my stay

This hotel was under construction when I arrived and I was 30 minutes early from check in and I’ll, so the hotel asked for $23 early check in fee which I refused. I called Travelocity and they agreed to a refund, now since they have not I disputed it with my credit card company which stated Travelocity refused a refund. I’m a military veteran, I never checked into the establishment or signed for a room but you are content to keeping what little I receive monthly refuse a refund. I will google review and warn others so they don’t make the same mistake t I made and the hotel is under severe construction with horrible money hungry owners. Shame on you for putting them under your company name. This is deeply disappointing and disturbing for all consumers

The room was clean, and met my needs for my two night stay.

The check-in clerk didn't want to talk. Put me on the second floor. The hotel was cleaning or move thing out of another room. Had two mattresses on the porch and I had to climb over to get to my room. I didn't stay for the night left as soon as I could find me another room. Will not every stay at a super 8 hotel again. Thank you very much. And I don't know if I will continue using Expedia for my vacation needs.

This hotel is affordable and nice at the same time.

Hotel is dated, but room was very clean, comfortable and had everything you need for an overnight stay. Only complaint is the hotel description advertised a breakfast being included, but it is not. After looking throught the reviews after-the-fact, this has been brought to their attention in most of the reviews in the past few years, with only a generic response to those complaints, but the hotel information has not been corrected. It is a discount hotel, so you can't expect much, but if you don't offer it, don't advertise it. Overall, a good stay here though.

Great location and excellent value for the money! Rooms were comfortable and in great condition and we were traveling with young children.

Expedia let me book the room, but I was unable to check in. And then I had to pay full price for another room ( double the price). Beds were thin and flimsy, no soap, or shampoo in the bathroom. No breakfast provided, even though free breakfast was advertised. Hotel staff was not helpful, and I had to spend over an hour and a half trying to get a refund for the failed booking through expedia .

The room was clean but floor was sticky. I was upset that front desk representative wanted $23 for an additional set of bath towels.

I should have predicted the activity surrounding the hotel when you could see all the security cameras when checking in. The facility itself was ok, the lady checking me in was fine, but when I texted a question at a reasonable hour after I received a welcome text, it just replied to go to the front desk. The difficult part of the stay was the marijuana smell every time I stepped outside my room and the unending partying and noise that went on ALL NIGHT. I had to leave the TV on just to cover up some of the noise. Pets are "welcome" but it's the most I've paid for a pet to stay with me and there was really no area for me to walk my pet. Just not the best location I've experienced lately.
