The parking situation was not ideal. We were told that even though we were a guest at the hotel, we were not guaranteed parking and even if we paid for it and try to go find parking, there’s no guarantee there would be a spot for us. It was super annoying after a long drive. Room was beautiful and clean. Bathroom was too small.

Staff barely spoke English. They weren’t accommodating. There were teens running up and down the hallway all day and night.

I love this hotel because parking is easy, it’s very clean and Starbucks is so close! The pillows are great too!

It was a nice room but the noise on the city view side was crazy, even though ear plugs were provided. The bed was ok.

The hotel and service is amazing, everyone is friendly, very clean and comfortable. However, good luck trying to sleep, there is very loud car racing on the street every single night, and partying in the rooms that goes loud during the whole night, not talking about sport kids running on the hallways, this was legit drinking, loud music partying. We had to call front desk and they did try shutting them down a couple of times, but this was already 4 am!.

The rooms are very small, but decent and clean. The parking garage is a bit of a nightmare. They really need to fix the patio doors going from the indoor pool to their little patio. Staff were pleasant. Fine for an overnight stay.

Clean and wonderful staff. Parking was reasonable, my only feedback is with the Breakfast Card. It's silly to limit the choices when the card covers items as high as a $16.95 breakfast (Western Omlet). If it covers items up to $16.95, shouldn't it logically be good for lower cost items as well? Why restrict? I get there is an item that costs $18.95, but why not just charge an extra $2 for that? In other words, let the Breakfast card cover everything on the menu, except the "Hungry Man Breakfast" that requires an extra $2 premium. It clearly bothered me that there were silly restrictions on the Breakfast choices. Other than that... very nice stay.
