Very good hotel, great location in the center of Rheims. Major historic landmarks, old town, lots of restaurants and shops are in a walking distance.

Ótima localização, bom café da manhã, quarto confortável

Clean and comfortable room. The rain shower had great pressure. The elevator was slow so plan ahead. The location is the best! Walkable to the city center, cafes & restaurants, the cathedral, grocery store (small bottle of water is.67) and the train station. Staff was very pleasant. The water in the room is €3!!! Coffee station in the room is not plentiful, but there is a Starbucks around the corner. I would stay here again! 🙌🙌🙌

Quite normal and standard hotelroom . Good for 1 night. Quite noisy because on the 7th restaurant....

Excellent hôtel. Chambres énormes et de luxe. La première chambre où on s'est installée avait une odeur bizarre dans la salle de bains (comme de l'eau sulphurisée, une odeur de plomberie) donc on a été immédiatement changé et la deuxième chambre était parfait. Personnel jeune et très agréable et accueillant. Très bonne adresse pour visiter la ville.

Second time here, location is great in Reims Centre. You can walk to the champagne houses, train station is walking distance. Breakfast is pretty giid

Au vu du prix l hôtel ne vaut pas 4 étoiles confort simple sans charme. La chambre petite, pas de fauteuil et petite table pour s asseoir ( en comparant avec la concurrence Accor par exemple) Problème de parking voiture bloqué pendant 3 heures pas de proposition de remboursement de celui ci. Malgré un personnel souriant et agréable

Second visit to the hotel and rooms very comfortable especially the bed. Breakfast could improved with hot food choices and hotter too

スタッフは優秀だと思います。特に7Fホールの方は親切で笑顔が素晴らしい。 人通りの多いエリアからは離れるが、その分騒がしさが無く落ち着ける。 今回はスタッド・ランスの試合観戦も大きなポイントだったが、スタジアム迄は徒歩圏内で、19時半頃の帰りの治安も問題なかった。

Lovely hotel in a good position. Very good breakfast. Only downside was that bar and restaurant were shut on a Sunday - plenty of options within a five minute walk.

Good room, great breakfast offer. Would have be nice to receive a notification on how to access the parking and that the on-site restaurant requires pre-booking.

Hôtel contemporain sans âme ni chaleur. Chambre 609 rénovée certes mais malheureusement sans changement des vitrages ayant pour consequences : vitre glaciale par -2° ce samedi 28 decembre et froid dans la chambre (obliger de laisser le rideau fermé à defaut de persiennes inexistantes! et augmenter la clim.) puis absence totale d'isolation phonique sur ce meme vitrage d'une autre époque laissant passer jusqu'au 6e étage le vacarme fait par des groupes éméchés jusque très tard dans la nuit !! A noter l'absence de chauffage d'appoint dans la salle d'eau, pas de chausson, pas de peignoir.

This property is great. The breakfast buffet is very good with a variety of food. The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and has a public parking near by. The pedestrian street near the hotel makes it attractive. We booked 2 rooms with a connecting door. We felt like home.

Muy bien . Fue una escala el el viaje . La ciudad muy caminable en su área del centro . La iglesia hermosa .

Tres bon accueil par contre déçu de devoir payer 15 euros de frais de parking alors que cela devrais etre gratuit pour les clients aussi canape lit pas du tout confortable une vrai planche a revoir pour le confort de 4 personnes .
