Front desk staff female who is seems to be a supervisor has very low service mind. First they ask me to pay room cost while I insisted I have paid to agent already, so first she seem upset to me and need sometime for explanation and then refund my credit card. Second she let us lift the luggage to the airport limousine by ourselves while standing see us. Very low service level .
