Booked non smoking king bed room got a handicap room with smoke smell all over the from and bathroom probably the vent system or AC unit has cigarette smoke..need to check their filters and room carpets. Toilet did not flush well and bathroom door was not shutting.

Awesome time

Good standard hotel for a shower and sleep.

Staff was friend and accommodating but the bathroom was dirty and the shower bar was broken. It actually fell on me while I was showering. The pool area was really worn down, dirty, and the control to the hot tub jets was broken.

Our room was dirty upon arrival — stains on the pull-out bed and chair, as well as hair in the shower. To say the beds were “uncomfortable” would be an understatement. Breakfast was average. My daughter enjoyed the pool.

Nice location, easy access to downtown without the chaos. Room was quite cold upon entry-,air conditioner set very low. Pillows were very uncomfortable, made for a restless sleep. Overall, i would use this facility again.

Check in was amazing he was super friendly. the room had a stained blanket, cob webs in every single corner, things weren’t wiped down and dirty, the headboard looks like a cat attacked it and is ripped. 2/10 stay 0/10 room.

Felt very welcomed! Paul was on top of things at the front desk. Loved the 10p-12am adults only pool time! Only downside is that the bed were very hard and squeaky! Would stay again

Good hotel for the price. The breakfast wasn't great but adequate. Staff was great. Room was clean and everything worked.

There was a cockroach in our room. The sink was a little clogged. I had to hand jam it to get it working.

The first room we got was not good. The bed was lumpy and noisy, the sink didn’t drain, the toilet you had to hold the handle down. The next morning we went to the desk and they were able to move us. That room was great no problems.

The parking lot was well-lit and secure; the building was well-maintained for cleanliness. Food in the breakfast bar was sufficient, although I wish there was more selection for dry cereal (raisin bran, corn flakes), but the waffle maker performed well! One issue I had was lack of hot water for the sink for shaving at night; while the tub and shower had sufficient hot water, the faucet at the sink was cold, even after running the water for a good 2-3 minutes. Staff was alerted to this issue. Like many places we visited in Traverse City, the 'pot holes' were usual and customary. The parking lot here was good; construction immediately nearby, although quiet during the night, had its usual noises but other than than, this location served us well.

Great hotel would be 5 stars but the breakfast was the worse hotel breakfast I’ve ever seen yes I know it’s free but usually a lot better at baymont hotels room was clean bed was a little hard but I think my back likes that I’d stay here again for sure but go to flap jacks for breakfast
