Loud people..

The room was great size there's not enough towels the fridge was dirty and didn't work it smelled when i opened it. There was prostitutes outside when we left at 5 am the front staff gentleman was rude not friendly nor professional.

We reserved a 2 bedroom suite for our group. Upon arrival they told us it was not available due to a water leak and could only offer a standard room as a replacement. This did not work for our group and so we cancelled and moved to another hotel. Then they had the nerve to fight us for our refund, stating it was their policy not to refund if the cancellation is not made prior to the stay. They called to verify that we were still coming, but never bothered to tell us that the suite was unavailable. Very poor business practices!

Room had roaches. Prostitutes on hotel grounds at night and early morning. Terrible itch all night. Pretty sure they have some bugs. Sketchy cars circling parking lot. Sheets weren’t cleaned and were stained. Ac unit barely worked and rattled all night. For being so close to the airport they definitely need to step it up. Not for anyone with kids.

Decent for the price

Stayed for one night room was big 2bed restroom was big room and hotel inside looked clean. Checking was okay. Enjoyed the pool but Our room had only provided two towels. Even tho it was resereved for several guest. Pool water had alot of leafs. But still was able to have a good time at the pool. Noticed loitering in the parking lot. When checking out nd leaving the hotel We saw a preservative in the parking lot while walking towrd vehicle. Area is a little schetchy.

I love the feeling of relax

I wish there was water inside the rooms for the coffee and extra towels.

I booked a handicap room because my friend is in a wheelchair. We get to the room and the air conditioner doesn't work so they give us a room on the 3rd floor without a roll-in shower. The fridge doesnt work and the coffee maker either. Then later we need to go out but the elevator stopped working so we are stuck in our room. They never apologized or tried to fix anything in the room or replace it. They didn't seem to care at all. They also kept my deposit. This place is a disgrace.

The property was nice, didnt like the area too much. There wasnt any face towels in the bathrooms but other than that it was very good stay

A Horrible Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I stayed at this hotel for five days, and every moment was a continuous nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. First off, the smell. The entire hotel reeked of an unbearable odor that made the stay incredibly unpleasant. As if that wasn't enough, the cleaning service was simply nonexistent. Even though I was there for five days, the room was never cleaned. I contacted the front desk multiple times asking for cleaning, but no one bothered to show up. But the worst part was the series of thefts. A bag containing valuable items was stolen from my room. Unfortunately, I wasn't the only one – another guest, staying in the room next to mine, also reported a theft. It's clear that the staff isn't trustworthy, especially the cleaners who abused their position and guests' trust. In short, this hotel is a disaster by all accounts. A bad smell, complete lack of cleanliness, and shocking thefts make it a place you absolutely shouldn't stay at. If you're looking for a pleasant and safe vacation, look elsewhere.

I stayed here for 5 nights because my sons had a basketball training camp. The facilities were very clean, the front desk staff was beyond helpful and accommodating! When we arrived the fridge in our room was not working, they had a new one there within 30 minutes, and the following morning the Keurig in my room wouldn’t work, again they brought a new one to me as soon as they could manage. The hotel is lacking in towels but this seems to be an issue of theft ie: people taking the towels as they leave. They ordered more towels but they hadn’t arrived yet. Yes the area tends to attract some unsavory people, but is Dallas. This can’t be helped. The pool was very clean, the rooms were clean, and the hotel was clean.

Overall stay was fine, complimentary breakfast lacked a few items in stock. Staff was fine
