룩소르에서 만족하는 호텔입니다. 다시 방문하고 싶네요. 서비스 좋아요

수영장도 깨끗하고, 주변이 조용하다. 나름 맛있는 식당도 근거리에 있어 편리하다. 지도 상으로 kfc도 근방에 있다. 조식도 제공됨.

위치, 시설 모두 양호 합니다.

호텔에서 보는 나일강 풍경은 너무 좋습니다. 처음 CHECK IN시 도로변 방을 배정 받았는데 너무 시끄러워서 프론트에서 다시 방을 배정 받았음. 도로변 방을 배정 받으면 빨리 교환해달라고 하세요. 밤이 늦을수록 도로의 소음은 점점더 심해집니다. 아침은 먹을만 했고 ,, 호텔내의 다른 식당도 맛이 좋았습니다.

The hotel is good, however the royal suite was not really royal - the beds are basically 2 individual beds out together, so there is a whole in the middle of the bed and it’s very uncomfortable to sleep there. The A/C was not getting below 24C and so it was pretty hot to sleep in sometimes.

Beware at check in. Check in person initially put us in downgraded room- after stating that he was upgrading the room-(twin beds, no view of river when booking was for king bed river view. ) After getting to tiny twin bed room, I complained and was put in appropriate room which was right across the hall. Hotel is very nice and clean and rest of stay was fine. I would stay there again despite the slimy check in.

A beautiful hotel in Luxor, right on the Nile. Staff was very nice. Loved the Noble Bar. Pool had a swim up bar

Hotel was lovely. Breakfast was incredible, the nicest of our stay with enormous selection of pastries and fresh orange juice. The staff were friendly and attentive. Lovely view out over the Nile and the pool was very relaxing. The only downside was the hotel gym, which looked good but about 70% of the machines didn't work or were broken which was unfortunate.

We had wonderful time there for 4 nights. The hotel is very clean. All the staffs are very nice. They changed our room without hesitate to satisfy us. The hotel is right beside Nile River. It is a beautiful place.

J ai passé quelques jours dans cet hôtel et tout s'est bien passé et les chambres propres, personnel serviable sans sentir que cela est forcé pour lea pourboires. J ai testé le bar c'est très bien et à un prix raisonnable (surtout pendant l happy hour). Juste pour pinailler, faudrait ajouter quelques transats à la piscine

Clean room, noisy AC, friendly staff

Rooms are too warm and AC not cooling, staff unable to help. It’s also very noisy from construction and the road. But worst part is housekeeping doesn’t clean!! They just change (or fold) the towels and wipe the sink-that’s all. Floor was not vacuumed in 4 nights we stayed there as i could tell by the crumbs. They don’t refill the coffee capsules unless you call and ask for it, like they want to save them so you don’t use too much. The only good thing about this hotel is wide selection of breakfast buffet, but food is hot and miss- one day your omlett is great, the next terrible. We couldn’t wait to get out of there, i fo not suggest this hotel at all, didn’t sleep well a single night due to noise and heat.

Great stay! Special shout out to manager Hisham, front office Wahid, guest relations Nardine, concierge chief Hani and concierge relations Clara. Felt the need to mention their names because they go above and beyond to facilitate a good stay. Definitely recommend this hotel 🙏

Beautiful pool great staff

El personal muy amable, al lugar ya le hace fakta una reforma. Para una noche está bien en relación calidad-precio. Las fotos no reflejan realmente la propiedad.

Excellent location and lovely hotel in a convenient part of Luxor near the sites. The amenities are wonderful in the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay.

This hotel has a beautiful lobby with a lady playing saxophone at night. It is so close to the nile and there are boats near the back of hotel which they can book for you . I keep asking for Felucca ride but there was always an excuse like there is no wind or the weather is bad but when we were out in the Nile river with a motor boat I saw there were lots of Felucca boat. They should have just been honest if their Felucca is broken/ not working and I can book from other tour operators. The staff were polite but after paying on check- in after 3 PM we were told the room was not ready. I was not really impress with our room. It was small , outdated and not really clean .( I happened to look down and see the floor while opening my luggage). Our room was on 5th floor and our view is the building construction next to the hotel and a bit of the Nile river. I didn't know you can see the valley of the kings from this hotel ( maybe if I go to the rooftop . And reception lady didn't orient me or mention what to see from Sonesta on check -in). My teenage son was able to swim in the pool, but the gym is small he said. We stayed in 5 star hotel in Cairo so I can't help but compare. I'm sorry but overall I can say that I didn't really enjoy my experience in 5 star Sonesta St George Hotel.
