머무는 내내 마음이 정말 편안해지는 곳이었습니다. 숙소 곳곳에서 느껴지는 세심한 배려도 좋았지만, 무엇보다 사장님께서 너무 친절하게 맞이해 주셔서 기분 좋은 여행이 되었네요. 침구도 포근해서 꿀잠 잤습니다. 덕분에 지친 일상에서 벗어나 제대로 힐링하고 갑니다. **재방문 의사 200%**입니다!

Un hotel 5 estrellas de este tamaño no tuvo internet funcionando en ningún momento de la estadía. Por causa de esto demoraron en hacer el check-in también. Un "convention center" como se promocionan no tener soporte técnico para resolver esto te da la idea de cuánto les importa la calidad de su servicio. Me fue imposible resolver cuestiones de trabajo y causó costos adicionales durante mi estadía al tener que encontrar soluciones alternativas por mi cuenta. Lo que más molesta es que en ningún momento nadie del personal hizo ningún esfuerzo por encontrar una solución ni compensación alguna. Solo se limitaron a echarle la culpa al "proveedor" siendo que el problema claramente era con la red local. Las únicas 2 razones por las cuales no les doy el mínimo es por el botones que fue muy amable y el desayuno es correcto. Por el precio que cobran hay literalmente cientos de opciones en Lima que seguro son mejores. No volveré a este hotel ni lo recomendaría a nadie.

We stayed for over a week and it was very pleasant! Rooms were always serviced and clean, breakfast buffet was delicious and staff were always very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

Personnel are incredible!!! Gustavo, Michael, Juan were so kind and amazing service. Pool, restaurant so thankful of the full team. Highly recommended!!!! and great location.

This hotel is one of the best in San Isidro, excellent attitude of all the staff, well located I will come back every time I go to Lima
