전체 평가 및 리뷰 Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Airport/Billy Graham Parkway

주변에 아무것도 없어서 아쉬웠음. 특히 호텔 내 레스토랑은 운영시간이 너무나도 제한적임.

출장으로 1박 했는데 주변에 산책할 수 있는 곳도 있고 수영장 전망의 객실도 좋았습니다. 객실에 구비된 전자렌지와 냉장고도 유용했고 FRONT DESK도 친절했습니다. 다음 출장때도 다시 들리고 싶습니다.

Dinner was disappointing and pricey.

Everything was perfect including the staff

The property, staff, and rooms are great. However, the overall server or power grid needs attention. Internet is poor, the room to room phones don’t work, also TVs and heat operation were inconsistent. We traveled as a group and everyone had signal or TV issues in their rooms. It’s unfortunate for such a lovely property.

I liked the comfortable bed and pillows

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities! Parking is behind closed gates! They have a bar until 1 am and you get Starbucks at 6 AM! The rooms are clean, updated. The staff is amazing! I would definitely recommend!

The property was very inviting and the room was spacious and clean. The only thing that caused concern was the floor in the elevator. It needs some repair but other than that my stay was exceptional.

Beautiful place and friendly staff.

Our flight was canceled and we had to spend the night in Charlotte. We enjoyed the hotel very much.

Never got to stay at the property. A family emergency came up and the hotel did not work with us to reschedule or refund our reservation. After trying to contact them, I never heard back from them.

The hotel was nice and the staff was nice as well. But I found a condom wrapper in the couch. They need to deep clean more. The coach had an odor as well.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Nice place. I recommend it fully. Good shuttle back and forth to the airport. Property is gorgeous. Nice clean room.
