시내 중심에 있어 교통이 편하고 주변으로 산책하기 좋습니다.시설도 매우 클래식했습니다

Free valet parking was wonderful!

깔끔하게 잘 관리되고 있었고 주방, 세탁기 등 편의시설이 있어 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 호텔 관계자분들이 모두 친절하고 잘 도와주셔서 편안하게 있었습니다. 위치는 시티 한 가운데라 버스, 쇼핑, 투어 미팅 포인트 모두 걸어다닐 수 있어 좋습니다. 그리고 호텔 1층에 바 겸 레스토랑 분위기가 좋고 맛있습니다.

1900년대 공공기관이 리모델링된곳으로 매우 클래식하고 독특한 느낌있는 곳 대중교통 트램이용이 편안함 청결하고 편안함 다시 가고 싶어요

오래된 건물에 시내 한가운데 멋지게 서있는 호텔입니다. 내부도 오래된 건물이지만 관리가 잘되어 그런지 부족함은 없습니다. 딸랑 방만 있는게 아니라 복층에 주방과 거실이 있어서 지내기에도 아주 좋습니다. 다만 너무 가치 대비 비싸다는거죠.... 방두개짜리 복층을 선택하고 인원을 4명으로해도 지내는 시간으로 생각하면 비싼곳입니다. 위치도 시내 한가운데이지만... 그렇다고 무얼 할만한건 없습니다.

Lovely place to stay - very central to the city including New Regent St, Riverside Market and the Te Pae Convention Centre. Staff were lovely. OGB restaurant was very nice. Room was very nice, quite clean. Kitchen had everything I needed. I was to short to be able to close the blind in the kitchen area - a little hook to catch the cord on would help this! My room was on the road - got a little noisy at times, but nothing over the top. I just used ear plugs.

Great stay, a bit noisey in the morning with the tram outside and if it was hot it would have been umberable as the room did not have air cond.

Large and lovely rooms.

Hotel was in an old government building which meant it was quite quirky.

It was a very clean property with beautiful views. There are a lot of stairs getting into the property as well as the house is tri-level. Did not love that all of the bathrooms were on the bottom level.

We loved staying in a restored historic building. The room was very spacious and we were close to parks, dining and points of interest.

Brilliant old building with huge rooms and hallways with many of the original features in place...staff so friendly and helpful in fact so very kind too. Perfect location close to the tram stop, shops and the river Avon. OGB bar on site, perfect for summer evening drinks. Valet carparking available at reasonable price. Would definitely recommend the Heritage.

お部屋の雰囲気は最高でしたが、浴室のお湯がぬるくなってしまい、とても困りました。バスタブの栓も浴室に見当たらず、フロントへ取りに行きました。有名な高級ホテルだけにとても残念です。
