The room was clean but a bit dated. Beautiful location and terrific pool. Our dinner in the restaurant was very nice and staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Overall it was a perfect choice for us given the location.

Clean, nice, easy

Two double beds was not ideal, so it wasn’t super comfortable for sleeping. The location was perfect for us and being right on the river is wonderful. We didn’t use the amenities. The breakfast was terrible, we ate there once the whole week. The shower was so small we could barely fit. The staff was great, they were very helpful and even gave us a complimentary upgrade so we could have our rooms near each other. We’d stay there again for the location and the helpful staff but that was it.

The room was fine. Staff were friendly and professional. The included breakfast was fine. Pretty along the Rideau River. Dog friendly.

Very convenient for the airport and has all the facilities needed for a short stay. The team was very helpful and customer-focused.

housekeeping didnt clean the room. when i spoke to front desk they lied saying it was done - it wasnt.

The room was not clean. The refrigerator leaked and ruined our food. There was a dirty towel stuck in the freezer The closet door was broken and wouldn’t open The screen door was broken and wouldn’t close allowing insects in all night Terrible stay, I deserve a refund.

Our stay was pleasant and suited our needs

Advertised with a restaurant and pub. Actual- no pub and take out restaurant menu only that was only open 4 hours a day. Not a good choice for travelling without a vehicle- airport shuttle was the hotel booking an uber for us. Nothing within 15 minutes walking distance for other restaurants so we had to taxi everywhere. Beds were comfortable and it was an acceptable hotel breakfast included with room

A lovely small hotel on the riverside. Clean room, and decently quiet. The only negative I have for it is that we upgraded to a riverside room, with the expectation that we’d be able to actually see the river. When we checked in it was dark out, and didn’t see until the next morning that dense trees were between us and the river, effectively blocking the view. Front desk staff weren’t able to do anything to switch our room, and when I stated that we had paid extra for this they only mentioned “the description says river side, not river view.” I mentioned that the website shows clear views of the river for these suites, and it was a bit disingenuous to advertise them as such. While they said they’d let the management know, I was not contacted by anybody during my stay.

All good, however, the breakfast can be in a larger room with a bit wider range of options.

This hotel was utterly shocking to pull up to. Jean old rundown motel. The pictures are NOTHING like the actual property. The rooms have old dirty carpets, the room smelt like mildew and animals, there was no back amenities like body lotion, hairdryers, the screens torn off, the stairs rusted. They say they have a shuttle or free uber if the shuttle is not available. That’s not true we had to pay our own way both ways as their ‘wifi’ wasn’t able to connect. I’m highly disappointed in how it’s portrayed online compared to in person. It is also a low income housing place. The staff was incredibly friendly, but outside of that it is nothing like pictured online. It’s shocking.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good . Room was clean . We would stay here again.
