Ii was normal Inn. There were not something special ever. And House keeping service was bad. They did not clean the room well.

Our room and restroom was very clean. It was a quite room. Staff was nice. Love the pond and walk paths across the road. The pool was out of order. But was supposed to be fixing the next day. Free breakfast was great!

Overall, very good. The staff was very friendly. They are in the midst of renovating, and also recovering from a major lightning strike that took out a lot electrical equipment that is very expensive to replace. There is only one ice machine, which is located on the first floor.

The breakfast guy was amazing! There was another breakfast attendant for two days during our stay, and she was terrible. She kept a messy breakfast area, ran out of multiple things (people were having to find her to ask her to refill things due to her disappearing and not checking buffet), tables not wiped down, etc. Again, the primary breakfast gentleman was the exact opposite and kept a VERY clean, yummy buffet. During the second room service, the attendant neglected to switch sheets/ make bed for one of the beds. Our window air conditioner could not get the room below 74 degrees as well, which was an issue as we are used to between 66-70. Many good qualities about this hotel, but many bad as well.

Our room had accommodations for a handicapped person and that was good, but the hotel layout was not conducive to a person with mobility issues. Handicap parking is a little far from the main entrance and the elevator is down a hallway. Our room was on second floor and again a ways from the elevator. Breakfast was very good though and there were plenty food options around the hotel. Great location just off Interstate.

Location is great and out of the way. The front desk staff was all smiles and pleasant. Housekeeping staff not so much. Bathroom was outdated and had stains. Towels and wash cloths were yellow and dingy. The breakfast was tasteless and very unsatisfying. The eggs were add water type eggs, the turkey sausage tasted like metal, the make your own waffle batter was not tasty at all I couldn’t put my finger on the poor flavor. I will not be returning or recommending.

Always love residence inn

Stayed for several nights and used the pullout couch for additional sleeping. There was no bed set up, so had to go get it from front desk. We had our room refreshed at midpoint of our stay and all soiled towels were taken, but no towels replaced. Had to go to front desk to get new towels. The breakfasts were great and property clean. Just need to keep up with room house staff a bit.

The studio room looked nice. There was an issue with ants getting in through the window sills. At one point our AC switched to heat, but it was fixed promptly. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Good central location.

Hotels.com overbooked this stay for my family of 5 for 5 nights. Lady at front desk emiled me at 2:55 the day of check in to let me know. I got to the hotel at 3:20. They had 2, 1 bedrooms available which was down the hall and around corner from each other. 1 of the rooms had a little ac window unit, which did not cool room. At one point in the evening it was hotter in the room than outside. And it was dusty. Nightstand had dust all over it. The other room the ac worked great however had a musty smell. I will only used Hotels.com one more time to use points. This has happened twice to me that they overbooked the hotel.

The staff was wonderful and the location is great. The issue for me was the AC unit in the bedroom was extremely loud when it kicked on and when it ran. I wasn't able to sleep well because of the noise. The building is very old and in desperate need of an upgrade.
