시설이 노후되었지만 직원들의 서비스가 매우 좋고 무료조식, 음료, 아이스크림을 즐길 수 있어서 좋았음. 위치가 할리우드거리와 가까워 주차걱정없이 걸어서 다녀올 수 있음

아기자기 괜찮은 호텔인데 짐 많은 사람은 엘레베이터가 없어 엄청 힘들어요~~^^

Great location and fun stay for the kids!

Great stay! Very convenient for our reservation at the castle. The room was comfy, very clean and spacious. It’s as old building so things creak a lot but it was part of the charm for us. Staff was helpful and friendly. We loved the snacks and ice cream!!

By far one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are just soo welcoming, the free snacks and popsicle hotline was fantastic, the entertainment for the kids was great- Our kids very much enjoyed the magic! our room was lovely with a balcony over looking the pool. The pool is super clean, warm and again just lovely. Location fantastic. We want to return already. A perfect place to stay. Highly recommend

Staff was wonderful, among the friendliest and most attentive I’ve encountered. The facilities were beautiful, fresh towels daily, bed made daily. Superb location.

Fairly old hotel in need of a little refresh, but the staff are wonderful and the location is extremely convenient. The amenities are top notch and I’d stay there again.

Quirky! That’s my first thought on this brief experience. This property is stuffed into the hillside above Franklin Ave. which was challenging if you are driving at peak Traffic times and trying to turn into the steep uphill entrance but I made It.While there is parking available it does not accommodate high profile vehicles but staff quickly found alternate parking in the front.The guest services person was very welcoming and efficient in my check in. The building itself is quite dated which I don’t mind .The pool area dominates the property with most rooms facing it.My biggest surprise came when entering my room, it was huge. A kitchen , dining room, huge living room, luggage and dressing area , big bathroom with huge tub and a bedroom with two bed and two huge closets. I was blown away and sad I only had one nite to hang out and see what other surprises this property might hold. After all it is the Magic castle Hotel. lol This hotel is not for everyone , not LA sleek and beautiful but if I were going spend some in LA a definite contender.

Room was clean. Added bday champagne was very special. Staff was exceptional!

The room was perfect, the bed was comfortable and the pillows nice and soft. The person who welcomed us was very courteous and carried our bags to our room and would not accept a tip, saying that was his pleasure to help us. Breakfast was just what we needed.

Staff is exceptional and makes you feel welcome!!

We wanted two bedrooms and two bathrooms as we were staying with our teens. The showers were basically unusable - less water than a public shower. Sleeping with the portable air con machines on (machines that are at least 30 years old) was impossible. Obviously this is a very old motel but expectation is while the paint is peeling and the bedroom doors don’t shut - basic amenities like air con and a shower should absolutely be a given. While staff are very lovely the fact we were paying for bathrooms that really under any normal circumstances are in no way considered habitable. Only stay here if you are fully aware of the state of the bathrooms/aircon.
