Staff is friendly and the breakfast is good and nice options , need some upgrade for good esthetic appeal ( nowadays people like a good instagramable na backdrop ) nice stay

The coffee was the best thing. Flies & nets in the room and bathroom were filthy & also the floor. The toilet was filthy (dirty, a ring around the toilet bowl & and look like blood.) Rips in the drapes which allow you to see outside without opening the drapes, paid extra for the hot tub and only the hot water faucet worked without cold water, the light over the hot tub didn't work, the phone didn't work in the room. I took many pictures and videos. This room was horrible. We wouldn't use the shower because it was filthy dirty. Please provide a website so I can send the pictures & videos to you. This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. The baseboard around the wall was broken and half off the wall. I am lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, because this is sad. I would like a refund. Please take them off your website.

Stains on the walls also a couple of holes in the walls, tv remote won’t let me connect to hdmi and the toilet was also not clean.

Ive never stayed in a hotel with so many broken or unusable items before. The flip lock was completely broken and literally hung off the door by one screw. The pool is nonexistent existent. The shower head was broken. Water didnt drain well in the tub. Skin was broken completely. Plug was set down and it was half full of stagnant water. The bathroom fan sounded like we may have taken flight into the next universe. The ac worked and leaked so the carpet infront was drenched. I know this is no hilton but jeeze.

Staff was very rude. Accused me of smoking in the room when I was trying to explain to her that the smoke was from me blow drying my hair. Did not listen at all. Kept trying to argue and fight and did not listen to what I was asking when the power went away. Poor customer service. The hotel and the room was good.

A cheap no frills option for those wanting to stay a quick night in Windsor. The room was fine (and I got a hot tub suite, which worked well!) but there's not much else to do within the hotel. Breakfast was the regular continental fare (with a pancake machine), coffee was alright. Staff was attentive and answered when needed, but nothing too exceptional. Good stay for the cost.

Beautiful

Clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was great. Iron, blow dryer and some cabinets were broken. We were here for a short stay and wanted somewhere clean, convenient and cheap and it was just that.

Price, clean, convenient, quiet, pool!

The price we had for 2 nights was decent. But our room has an odor of unwashed wet towels or molds, we thought it might go away but it smelled the whole time we were there. Ice machine and the pancake maker was not working during our stay. They have good airconditiong for the room, no elevator, wifi is good, they have enough pillows but some smells so I wasnt sure it was changed before we check in.

Didn’t like that I had to park 2 blocks away

Nice simple and safe place. The room smelled a bit due to the AC not being clean. Just had to bear it as it was a heat wave. The cleaning staff is very nice.

Convenient

In the room, the TV did not work. The alarm clock did not work. The telephone did not were first offered. A new remote for the TV that did not work. Finally, they had to change the room. Very disappointed

We travelled around 6 hours in summer and totally exhausted when we entered in to this facility, 1. The assigned room #116 was failed to allows us in and we were assigned with other one 2. Room #225 The rest room door lock function is intermittent 3. Room #225 Rest room exhaust fan sounds like we’re are in generator room 4. No WiFi coverage, TV itself not detecting the WIFI 5. The huge pain point is, 1 among 2 beds were just a broken cardboard- felt like lying on U shaped cardboard… After all, Its not even eligible for payment but how they charge for 140 CAD for these room ??? We have been told, since all rooms were booked, we can cancel and move out with refund, Booked the other one with increased price, since last minute booking, after all, I have paid 35~40CAD EXTRA to book another room at SUPER 8… it’s a loss for me… It’s responsibility of Expedia to ensure the listed hotels were good enough,

This is a nice, very affordable place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night. The staff are super friendly and helpful. However, it is a little run down and there are problems that need fixing. This is the second time in a row that Ive stayed and the bathtub does not drain. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The drawer in the nightstand was not put together. All that said, I would stay there again.

This motel is dated and in need of a complete refresh. But, the staff do a good job with what they have to work with and the prices are kept low accordingly.

Very convenient location. Great staff.

It's okay for the price but don't expect too much for this budget. Breakfast was basic. Rest was okay
