전반적으로 호텔분위기.침구.음식 등은 좋았으나 체크아웃 하는날은 문제가 있었다. 전기가 한번 나가더니 티비는 먹통이 되었고. 특히 온수에서는 노랗게 계속 녹물이 나왔는데 몇시간이 지나도 고쳐지지 않아 우리 가족은 씻지도 못하고 나와야 했고 호텔에서는 이에 대한 보상으로 우리가 먹은 조식가격에서 약 칠천원 정도 깎아줬다. 한국 호텔 서비스와 비교하면 안되지만 직원들은 우리에게 미안한 마음이 하나도 없어 보이고 너무나 당당해서 무척 당황스러웠다.왜 이런 호텔이 5성급인지 이해가 안된다.

No hot water in the shower. The night staff girl had has a little attitude not friendly at all.

This hotel never disappoints! Luxury at US.budget prices. A bit out of town but not so far as to make a difference. Views to die for and colonial style. Staff are as first class as the building. Would recommend for any travelers. Hank

The hotel is a bit misleading. Very nice architecture and decor, however, the hotel sits on a main highway and is very noisy. The staff could not accommodate us with another room with the same category as it appears that most rooms are noisy at least the ones with the better category.

The hotel property in excellent condition and very quiet and safe.

Beautiful place to stay, friendly staff (thank you Yahaira for being AMAZING!). I felt at home at this Hilton. The backyard looked like from a fairy movie and the decoration has so much character. Room was clean and service was top notch! Please give Yahaira a promotion and a raise!!

Place is beautiful all around, but it is in need of some upgrading, crack tile in the bathroom, Maybe get rid of rug all together. Bathroom lacking basic things like a shower cap, no bathroom robe.
