Only thing great about this place was the staff. Rooms were small, facility outside was full of trash, pool room was dirty and we always had to ask for towels when swimming. Overall I would never recommend nor would I return

Close to alot of restaurants, Kings Island

Great sleep!

Hotel had a musty smell in the hallways. The ceiling of first floor had a water leak and it didn't rain. It is a non smoking hotel, however people were smoking in their rooms and you could smell it in ours.

Very spacious room with full fridge, dishes and dish washer.

There were alot of reataurants and shops in the immediate area. The room was larger rhan I expected which was a nice surprise and close to highway which made travel easier.

You literally cannot beat this place! The staff, the rooms, the pool - all 10/10! I will always choose this hotel when I need a place to stay in the area.

The rooms only get house keeping once a week, so your trash piles up. The common areas need some cleaning. We saw the same dead bug in the hallway for our entire 3 night stay. Probably won’t be staying at this level of IHG again.

The room was clean and specious, very quiet, bed was super comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will stay here again!

THE PROPERTY WAS UNDER STAFFED FOR STARTERS.. AND THE RECEPTIONIST WAS ALWAYS GONE FROM HER STATION, NOT BECAUSE SHE WAS WASTING TIME. BUT THE HOTEL WAS POORLY STAFFED.

We checked in late at night. It took about 10 minutes for staff to appear. She said she was on a smoke break. We get to our room and it smells like weed. There is no housekeeping so we ran out of body soap on day 2 out of a 3 night stay. We were given 3 towels for a party of 4. There is also no breakfast. The room was way overpriced.

Nice and clean big room. Nice staff

Found a contact lens in our bed during second day of our stay and we dont wear contacts.
