Check in was very easy and the front desk staff was very courteous and professional.

The staff here are really great.

We've stayed here many times since it's a great dog friendly place centrally located. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. Unfortunately the room needed some work. Specifically the Television which looked to be about 15 years old and was in a strange location to the side of the bed. Additionally the matress was probably older tha. The TV and was not comfortable and was in desperate need of changing.

Breakfast was good.

Kitchen was clean and fully furnished. Hot tub was excellent. Staff was very friendly, informative and helpful.

Room was clean and had nice amenities. Staff was great! We went on a hike our last morning that was going to take us much longer than anticipated, so we called and were able to get nice grace period for check out. Breakfast was good for hotel breakfast. Waffles, fruit, eggs, bacon, bagels, etc.

The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Location was walking distance to Mill District. We loved that it was pet friendly. The area was very safe.

Room was spacious and clean, but did feel a bit like we were in a basement than a comfortable room. Hotel does have EV charging, but will let any vehicle park in the space. We were needing to charge, however there was a large diesel truck in the space. We talked the the front desk staff, who said they wouldn't require the truck to move.

Please replace bed pillows. They're terrible!

Convenient location for concert venue. Property was well maintained and equipped for long or short stay. Great staff.

Our recent stay at the TownePlace Suites Bend Near Mt. Bachelor left us with two experiences: fantastic staff and amenities, but a room that's seen better days. On the bright side, the hotel's amenities and personnel were outstanding. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful treat after a long day, and it was great that the AC unit actually made our room genuinely cold. But the real standout of our trip was the staff. The breakfast staff, the cleaning team, and the general staff were all lovely and incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is also great for families looking to be active, and the room size and amenities were perfect for our family of three visiting Bend for a show at the Hayden Amphitheater. However, the room itself needed some love and updates. While it was clean overall, there were many signs of wear and tear that were hard to ignore. The carpet was in rough shape, torn, threadbare, dirty, and with noticeable holes. We also found a number of dings in the paint, small dents in the walls, and some broken outlet covers. A few lights in the room also didn't work. These were mainly cosmetic issues, but they did detract from the overall comfort of the room. TownePlace Suites Bend is a great choice if you value excellent service and amenities over a pristine room. The staff truly made our trip, but a little investment in updating the rooms would go a long way.

We enjoyed our stay. The power being out for 5 hours was a lot.

They are remodeling. We were charged $600 for an outdated room with uncomfortable beds. The pool was nice. The staff was amazing! Breakfast was great. Just outdated overpriced and a bit noisy.

Property overall was great. We were seeing a show at the amphitheatre near by so it was in a great location. They were doing a lot of construction on the property so noise, machines and debris in the parking lot.
