Be careful - they automatically charge you 5% service charge (tip) on leaving unless you tell them not to. They don’t tell you about this, it’s only mentioned in t & c’s. Also was told they couldn’t check me in without photo id. Stayed there twice now. This was view from room. Won’t be returning

Fab hotel in a great location. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Rooms are small though.

Excellent stay - absolutely love the hotel, great location, very comfy and everything you need in one place - already telling people about you and will definitely be top of my list for future Manchester stays.

Excellent central location. Such a quirky hotel and probably one of the best I’ve stayed in. Staff really friendly and helpful. Room clean and sooo comfortable. Would highly recommend.

My favourite hotel room ever! So cool and fun lovely room, unreal bed and love swivel tv in the Junior suite room especially so you can watch from sofa or bed at the perfect angle!! Staff are always lovely and the pip restaurant is really good. Air con - heart of city close to shops,restaurants and bars! Whats not to love!

Very quirky hotel. The staff were lovely. Room was very clean and the theme carried through to the rooms. So many little details in the room that made it a unique experience, telly had a greeting message in my name, electric blackout blinds, great amenities in the room. We will definitely stay again

Hotel charged my card with a “Service Charge” upon departure. Took £10 as a tip. I wasn’t warned or asked about this. They refunded when I asked, but why should I ask for my money back?

Clean room, quirky features, incredibly helpful staff - car park handy - brilliant location!

I paid extra and booked a twin room . But second bed was not made up and there was no bedding . Had to request houskeeping at 10.30pm Also i had a srvice charge taken from my bank after my stay which was not stated before i booked. I stop in hotels 4 nights a week all round the country amd i have never had this in 10 years of doing so. Im afraid i wont be stopping here again. Its a shame as rooms are very nice.

EVERYYYYYYYYY SINGLEEEEEEEE THINGGGGG!!!!! The vibes, the music throughout the building, the decor, the environmental friendly everything, the clever choices of decor etc, the perfect temperature, the perfect mix of nature and modern, the utilities, the bedroom, the view, the ropes, the slippers, the attention to detail, the quality of the free hand soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner and the freebies in the room. Love the 247 Grab and Go selection and room service. Loved the vast range of choice at breakfast, both for food and drink. Loved that the staff went up and beyond and made me feel like I was the only girl in the hotel, (and I can put money on the fact that they made every single guest feel like that!!). Nothing was a problem and their patience, professional yet down to earth, accommodating nature was second to none!!! AMAZING!From the minute we arrived, to the minute we left,I was truly in ore and just mega impressed. Special shout-out to the night Receptionist/s, security, morning Receptionists, Manager, Majid, (hope the spelling is right AND the name haha),the man with red dreads, all the morning staff to be fair and all the morning bar staff.Couldn’t do enough and I was able to have my dream breakfast, because Majid made me modifications possible with no trouble whatsoever, adding smoked salmon, smashed broadbeans and syrup AND a Valentine’s Day red rose!!! The staff did more for me than my “fella,” and I ain’t even joking!He felt so much shame ha.Thank you!!!

If you stay anywhere in Manchester stay here. Wow! The rooms were massive! Beds were comfortable and I love the eco friendliness. The staff were great & helpful.

Unfortunately the organisation on arrival is a bit disappointing there are staff wandering around and only 2 people on reception so if there’s a q of peopke checking/out - it can take 20 mins to get keys to your room.
