전체 평가 및 리뷰 Comfort Suites Bush Intercontinental Airport

안락하고 편안한 시설에서 출장으로 인해 쌓인 피로를 잘 풀 수 잇었지만 아쉬운 점은 주변에 시설이 없어요. 하지만 출장여행으로는 좋아요. 가격 대비 괜찮아요.

We had a paid reservation through expedia. Upon arrival, we were not even greeted with a "hello." But barked at with "we have no rooms." I politely said we had a reservation. And was rudely met with "what I'm telling you is we have no rooms." And yet, the next person that walked in, got a room. The customer service was POOR. I was told they would "try" to get me refund. Well of course, if you aren't giving me a room, I need a refund. I ended up paying for two extra ubers unnecessary since I was not given a room. The entire exprience was TERRIBLE.

The Gentleman that helped me checking in. Very helpful and told me about surrounding areas to eat that would deliver. I did not get his name but very helpful and polite!

Staff was very friendly and helpful but no hot water.

I booked two rooms with Expedia. Upon arrival the desk clerk could only find one reservation. I had to pay at the desk for a room that Expedia had already charged me for. I showed my Expedia receipt to the clerk and he still charged me for my second room

I only stayed in this hotel because my flight was delayed and I missed my layover. The hotel was in a good location with easy walking distance to good food. It was a comfortable place to stay, but the breakfast was not gluten-free friendly.

Better breakfast than expected!

They put me by the elevator and it was so loud I count sleep all night.

Yesterday I check in the room key maker was not working so I did not get a key to my room until this morning on the day of check and I slip and fell on there wet floor because the y did not have any sign up telling people that the foffered to call ambulance and I was told if I go by ambulance that my car would be towed at my expense Whst a joke

Transport from the airport is inexisting, called 8 times nad never responded. Shuttle to airport ends at 11:30AM! Was sitting reading in the lobby waiting forthe shuttle and cleaning lady just stars vacuuming, loud noise! She couldn't do it any other time when guests are not there?

The couches in the lobby and in my room were heavily stained. The fixture on the bathroom sink was very loose. The toilet kept running after each flush. Didn’t realize the hotel was so old and won’t be booking with them again for that reason.

Very kind and efficient reception. TV wasn’t working in the room so he quickly switched us to a new room.
