It was ok

We booked this stay as a one night getaway as we visited the Dells. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly. The room itself needed some attention. There were dead lady bugs on the ground, hair EVERYWHERE. Our pillows and sheets on one bed were covered in hair (kind of looked like short black dog hair). The headboards and floors were gross. Behind the mattress was clearly neglected for awhile. The jetted tub was nice but the water temperature was COLD and the hair in the tub was gross. The shower curtains & window curtains had black mold on them. And the window curtains were see thru completely. Overall, this was good enough for a place to sleep but unfortunately I would not visit this location again.

The location was great for skiing at Cascade and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was tired and carpet worn with a musty smell, however it was clean and beds were comfortable. The pool area was packed with kids but they all were enjoying themselves. The hotel is fine and convenient.

Disappointing stay, overall. Room was very unclean - hairs in the towel and linens, crumbs and stains throughout, burn marks on the carpets, and ants around the tub and bathroom (despite asking someone to come address the ants). The hot tub and pool were so overchlorinated, our eyes were burning just from being around them. Booked for the whirlpool tub and hot tub, couldn't really use either.

Great place to stay for skiing. Not updated at all though. Bathrooms were bad. Beds were good though and close to Cascade!

The bathroom door would not close and would swing open. The shower floor was gross.

This was a good hotel. It was clean end, the staff was friendly. The only downside to our stay was the breakfast was overwhelming for the employees. It was very busy all morning and they were not able to keep up with the demand for food.

Seemed clean, but was an older hotel that could use some updating.

Had a nice big pool area

Poor condition of the property, our bathtub was black so was the bathtub curtain. Chlorine at the pool was so strong that our eyes were burning and the hot tub was dirty.

Loved the hot tub in the room. Cheap prices and room did what it needed to do!! Breakfast was ok but loved the waffles.

Unable to reach property about moving date of stay and never made it to the hotel ad a result. Very disappointed with their lack of communication.

Nice lobby area with 2 fireplaces. Hot tub in room with couch area. Bed, pillows very comfortable.

Got there and waited for 30 mins for someone to come up to the desk. Took us calling the hotel to get the guy to actually come up to help us. Took an additional 30 just waiting on help to get towels…. I was not pleased with how we were treated in the evening when we came in. Morning staff was much nicer…..

The locks were coming off the door, scrape marks on the frame of the door was concerning, springs in mattress on pull out couch made it difficult to sleep, curtains were stained, hole in wall by baseboard, and people were loud at night.

Our room had a swarm of beetles flying around and crawling everywhere. My kids couldnt sleep. There was also tiles falling off wall by floor near vanity. The mattress covers were also stained. In terms of food around property everything closes by 8pm otherwise its just pizza or gas station food.

Traveled with family, booked two rooms. One room was not cleaned at all - bedsheets were with crumbs and hair, peanuts all over the carpet. I asked front desk to send someone to clean the room - they declined as no one was available. I’ve asked for bed sheets and pillow cases, so I can change the bedding myself- they were able to supply the clean bedding for only one bed. Furniture and lamps in both rooms were filthy - dirty, dusty and stained. Had to put towels over the couch so we could sit down. Pool was nice, breakfast below average.
