Everything was the frozen food

All were great

This is our second visit and we were very pleased again. There’s a Boston Pizza adjacent to the hotel which is nice.

The gym has no disinfectant for you to clean after using the equipment. The pool smelled really strong of chlorine so if you have any sensitivity I would recommend not using it. They say coffee 24/7, but it’s just a powder mix of French vanilla in a machine! The floor in our room had stain spills on the floor, so obviously not mopped between uses. We had issues with the air conditioner, I think it had been awhile since it was serviced. It smelled. Staff were friendly.

Room was clean but too much furniture for size. Breakfast was fine. Hallways were under construction but workers were considerate.

Very clean hotel. We stayed for a hockey tournament and they were kind enough to have breakfast available earlier than the schedule 7 am to accommodate those with early games. Beds and pillows also super comfortable. I would stay here anytime.

Room was very clean. Nice pool area and pool was quite warm. Breakfast available, great coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We arrived at the hotel close to midnight, and the front desk staff was incredibly patient and attentive despite the late hour. My son asked about the gym’s opening hours, and although it opens till10, the staff member kindly offered to open it for us if needed, which we really appreciated. The staff we encountered the next day were just as friendly and welcoming. Room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is OK. Swimming pool is also clean and the staff checked the water quality occasinally. Overall, we had a very pleasant weekend stay and felt well taken care of throughout.

The room we stayed in was very dirty. It didn’t seem like they sweet or wiped anything down after their last guest. Cool elevator though

Breakfast is terrible. A dog was barking in a room adjacent to us and I notified the receptionist who assured me they would take take of it but the dog continued to bark and cried so we couldn’t sleep.

Very nice place and excellent service

Tout était parfait. Seul mini point négatif : charger la voiture hybride était un peu dispendieux!
