No elevator, which we didn't know in advance, but managed. Staff was helpful, breakfast very good, busy weekend but in room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Basic accomodation but suited our needs.

Clean, quiet, friendly and comfortable. That's what I was looking for and that's exactly what I got. It's a very solid choice, unless you need a hotel that has a pool and hot tub.

Clean comfortable room we used as base camp for a long weekend sightseeing and attending the Triumph concert at Canadian Tire Center. Wanted to be close to the arena rather than downtown. Short walk to bus stop and we could connect to downtown or the opposite way for an event or Sens game at CTC. It was perfect for what we needed. Ottawa has an easy-to-navigate public transportation system. Had to Uber for early am flight out because transit wasn’t practical but might have worked later in the day, albeit much longer. Didn’t use the breakfast because it set up later than our day typically starts. It appeared to be modest but suitable for a quick simple breakfast if that is your need. We would stay again

The hotel was clean and the staff at the desk were very friendly and professional. Check in and check out were so easy. I didn’t make it to breakfast as there was a tournament in town so it was very busy. Bed was comfortable and love that there is not carpeting in the room. I would stay here again.

Hotel excelente e com equipe simpática. Fiquei apenas 1 noite para assistir ao jogo e inclusive eles disponibilizam serviço de transfer para a arena. Recomendo.
