Upon arrival to the room it had a musty smell. The bedding was stained. The ceiling in the room had been repaired due to a water leak at some point, it wasn't properly repaired and just thrown together. The pool had a closed sign and wasnt available for use.

The staff members were very friendly at the hotel which is the only reason I gave the facility more than one star. The room itself was in terrible condition. The most alarming part of the stay was the blood splatter on the bathroom wall. The bathroom door was very torn up on the inside, it was all quite disturbing. The in-room sprinkler in case of a fire was completely rusted over, I doubt it actually worked. The hotel shuttle was not running, forcing me to use taxi service to get to the airport. And lastly the pool was closed. Overall this hotel stay was rather horrible, I will never stay here again and I would advise others to find an alternative.

Transportation

I read all the reviews after booking. I almost canceled but decided to rough it out. Boy!! Nothing could be farther from the truth. The staff was friendly, the room was impeccable, bathroom was clean and sheets were clean. Breakfas area clean and good food. I don't know if I was even at the right Hotel. Seriously nothing to complain about.

Friendly and a good breakfast. Room was a bit noisy A/C and mini frig.

Front desk staff were so nice and friendly!

Bad location if trying to cross highway

The female clerk that checked us in was beyond enormously, rude and disrespectful. She did not want to let me check in because my name is William on my drivers license, but the reservation was under Bill and she argued with me for 15 minutes saying that it was not the same person or the same name. She asked me if I was stupid for not understanding her. I had her call her supervisor and he cleared it. The hotel itself was very clean, very spacious and very quiet, but she is a very bad fixture of that hotel the next day she continued to give me dirty looks And shrug her shoulders

The evening young man was outstanding. The morning staff not so great

Hotel was fine. A/c would not stay on nor blow cold air even after calling the front desk. They did come up...hit the continuous button...and that made the fan come on but not the cold air a/c. Hallways were also overly warm.

Clean, easy check in, well mannered staff.

Dirty , damp , huge spider in room , didn’t look like it was cleaned . Was in the hot tub and ants all around . Pool area did not look inviting, chipped paint . Didn’t even stay one night , ended up in another hotel near by

The dripping tub in the bathroom was really wasteful.

Rooms were a little dirty. Bathrooms need a huge deep clean. Other than that, the stay was great. The pool was enjoyable for my kids. Friendly and helpful staff. Even with the bathrooms being a little dirty, I would definitely stay here again.

Not clean or well maintained

This hotel was filthy. The hot tub is a joke. You can sit waist deep. I checked out early because I simply could not spend more than one night.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECTLY PREPARED ABOVE WHAT i EXPECTED!!

This place needs a visit from health department. We had to be moved room 1' because literally was mold on the bed. Room 2' had to be moved because they gave us keys to a room already occupied. The 2nd set of rooms were not much better. Very dated, musty and damp.. humid at the same time. Mold on curtains in both rooms. Hallway ceiling tiles covered in mold. Stair wells dirty, stuff all over the floors. Mold everywhere. Black mold to be exact. Staff more concerned with personal calls while "helping " you check in. The free breakfast is nasty. Not sure what "eggs" they serve.. toaster only does one side of bread and takes about 4 min to make. Sausage isnt even cooked to look done. Butter is basically frozen. But at least the yogurt was in date and good. If we had a back up available we would have just ate the $1000.00 we paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights and went elsewhere. Being military, all 4 of us couldn't imagine how it could possibly be worse than anything we slept in before. Beds are not clean.. floors nasty. Pretty sure we are all sick now....Staff rude.... we felt so gross when we left, as soon as we got home we all showered and washed anything that had been in those rooms. I brought my pillow from home to use. As ive had issues with my neck since Iraq...after we seen the rooms I didnt even bring it out of my vehicle. If your reading this... AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
