다시가고 싶은 호텔로 매우 좋음

I visit this area many times but it was first time use this hotel. I was afraid of unclean room. But it was clean and cozy even room was quite old. It is near by Mitsua supermarket and other hotel. No airport shuttle. No free lobby beverage except lemon water. Easy to printout your e tickets in the business corner. They provide Japanese style small breakfast on demand but it is not on the menu. Cost unknown. Pro: Well designed lobby and conference area. Clean room. Friendly receptionlist. Con: Do not buy meal option even you buy full breakfast included option still you need pay some. Better just pay and save extra from your hotel bill. Computer in the lobby is very slow. Recommend for business travelers with a car and company credit card not for tourists.

시카고 다운타운으로 들어가는 고속도로 접근성이 뛰어나고 호텔 로비의 디자인도 아주 세련되고 직원분들도 친절하셨습니다. 1층 로비에 스타벅스 커피와 간단한 식사가 가능한 카페도 있고 수영장 시설도 있었습니다. 객실도 깨끗하고 방에서 보이는 정원의 전망도 좋았습니다. 머무는 동안 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 단지 조금 아쉬운 부분은 건물이 규모가 있어서인지 엘리베이터를 이용해서 상층 객실로 올라가려면 많이 돌아서 가야했기에 체크아웃을 할때는 그냥 캐리어를 계단을 이용해서 내렸다는 점 정도... 그 외에는 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 호텔 건너편에 대규모 일본 마트가 있어서 이용하기도 편리하였습니다.

The wallpaper in my room was raveling, room smelled as though someone had smoked in there, two outer doors broken on the building? Peeling paint above the shower, numerous light bulbs burned out, remote batteries not working in the living room area

OK in general but deteriorated. Needs improvement but it is OK in general.

Fcaility wise it wmet well. Disappointed they couldn't provide a good breakfast for the price.

The beds were the best, check in flaw less ,a very attentive staff, great location, excellent price, amenities perfect. Strongly recommend this hotel while in the Schaumburg/ Woodfield mall area. Good job!

One of the comforters was clearly not cleaned for a long while - stains on it (blood?). The bathroom had patches of mould in the wall and the last night there the vanity light stopped working. But the pool was nice, pretty clean and well stocked with towels. The shower had amazing pressure, there was no hotel funk to speak of and the staff were all prompt and courteous.

The bathroom toilet in our room (101) did not flush properly. Beyond that, the room was comfortable and clean
