Very nice hotel, solid staff. Rooms are big and the shower has good pressure

I absolutely love this hotel it’s my favorite place to stay when visiting downtown Detroit it will always be my first option!

No available room heating, room very cold ( air conditioning off). Cleaner lady came for the second day without removing trash from the room.

I think the name of the lady at the front desk was crystal? She was as helpful as can be. Above and beyond. Parking is expensive all over downtown. Best not to have a car.

Beautiful location near the river. People mover stop in the building. Convenient and walkable to shops and restaurants. Room was spacious and comfortable. Only negative is the hot tub was out of order and that’s one of the reasons we booked this hotel over others.

Nice big rooms and excellent gym, pool and rooftop. Easy walk to Greektown and both the baseball and football stadiums. Employees are very friendly.

The hotel was clean, love the monorail on the 5th floor, great location and awesome hotel staff. The only thing that really was below expectations was the IHOP and Applebees inside the hotel. The food was stale and most staff looked like they didn’t want to be there.

A great place to stay

The staff at the check in counter was great. The view the room had was amazing. Was disappointed that our room didn't have a microwave. Also was highly disappointed that the hot tub wasn't hot at all. Nice hotel though.

Clean, convent location. You can walk anywhere from here and be safe.

Went for a concert and the hotel is close enough to walk to ford field. Staff was nice since I lost my wallet there they tried to locate it with cameras.

Beautiful hotel convenient to everything downtown. The people mover is right next door.

This is our 2nd stay here. We will be back if we go to Detroit again. Easy walk to waterfront. People mover was easy to Greektown and both ball parks.
