because of the very unkind & faithless service reply asking for hotel shuttle bus stop in T1 made by this hotel supervisor, I felt humillated. and even though she knows me who took her unkind phone service when I got to this hotel, she was just about to leave without any appology....
What hack is this?? is thus normal in thus hotel??
I sent e-mail of this situation to the top manager. I will watch how it is going....
